“Thoroughly enjoyed coming here. Super corky and charming! Picked up a Chinese takeout Christmas ornament for my oldest who recently got married, which was perfect because it's their favorite food. Young lady at the checkout was super friendly and adorable. Made coming to Winter Park at treat!”
“Super friendly staff, neatly organized, and LOTS of cool stuff!!! Reasonable prices too. Really loved their selection of ceramic statues and paintings. Can't wait to go again!!!
I usually don't leave reviews but I loved this place too much to not!”
“This place is a treasure trove of antiques! Another reviewer talked about the loud floorboards & no bathroom & overcrowding?! ?? wood floor panels make noise sometimes, there’s restaurants all over with restrooms, and it’s overcrowded with TREASURES!!!
Antiques on the Avenue has all types of collectibles from a Fenton Iridescent Bunny to a vintage Mickey Mouse phone to an antique cane collection, there are beautiful finds plus the prices are not too wild . Employee was very sweet to me as first customer, wanna go back they have unique cookie jars & porcelain!”
“I am an interior designer and frequently look for authentic french antiques for my client homes. I've purchased a handful of large and small pieces that were shipped to me by Mr. Fleury. Everything arrived on-time, no damage, and his prices are fair for the quality. Trusted dealer!”
“To you, the patient hands, the keen-eyed ones,
Who breathe new life into wood and grain,
Who strip the worn-out shine from days undone,
And smooth the years with love, through sweat and strain.
The thick, cracked shell of polyurethane yields
To your steady hand, your scraper’s gentle kiss;
Beneath your skill, old scars and dulled fields
Are coaxed to gleam again, to reminisce.
Oh, how you labor, crafting with such care,
Each stroke a whisper, each touch a song.
With lacquered sheen, you seal the very air,
Preserving stories that have slept too long.
In every chair, each table, shelf, and frame,
Your work brings forth a timeless, glowing flame.”
