I arrived to this location they were 2 coworkers attented 2 diferent customersor clients and they keep me on the line with not attention, nobody greeted to me. I understand that they police is they have to greet the customers and offer to come to the next open window available. To me is unacceptable because they keep me there for about long time untill that i say something. I dont coming back again to this location, they have others are much better with very nice people

Had notary done here and she failed to stamp the document so I drove to my appointment which I paid 45 dollars to make and was unable to complete the appointment because she failed to do her job. So beware of the inexperienced workers here. I was not refunded the ten dollars for a incomplete notary or the 45 dollars I paid to make appointment that I was unable to complete due to her incompetence.

My daughter tried student loan refund check which is guaranteed by gov would not cash cause it said for depositLike hello I tried cash at my bank but because daughter was not on account I could not so we went hereDid not cash ck just because said for deposit??? Now this here is one of the BEST locations!!! Excellent customer service. Every single worker and manager are amazing and very professional. The other locations can learn from this Amscot because this is the best by far !!!

Employees here are very rude and unprofessional. Not all but the majority. Customer Service is everything!! I really advise the owners to really keep an eye out and notice where and who’s the problem. One bad apple ruins the rest. You going to lose business like this.

Absolute terrible experience. I have always gone to Amscot for just about anything. I pay bills through them, any loans taken out have been paid on time. Never had any issues or concerns up until today. I spoke with one of the managers at this location (Pedro R.) about 2 weeks ago in regards to payments. I was not notified in any way and when I advised. Manager and associate confirmed my phone number was incorrect in their system. My phone number was changed by one of their associates without my consent ever. I have always gotten updates or any notifications up until this little mishap recently. I asked if they could waive any late fee as I was unaware and one of their associates changed my number. They denied being able waive any fee’s even though it was a one time request and I’ve never had any issues with them AT ALL prior. Manager I spoke with today, just stared blankly disregarding anything I said. I will definitely not be doing any kind of business with them in the near future. Really sad considering they already gain interest off any loans or fee’s added to any bills you pay or of similar interest.

This is one of the nicest group of people I have met at Amscot. The waiting time is never too long. If it does get long, it's because a customer usually is having issues with their own paper work not being valid and the employee has to check and make sure everything is legit. However, this location has always processed my request pretty fast.
