Lauren and Holly are both awesome - so refreshing to speak to actual live and local people who are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Lauren and Holly are always cheery and willing to spend the time to explain insurance coverages to you. They are a big reason why I use State Farm and the Amanda Chase State Farm Agency in Winter Park specifically and plan to continue to do so for my home and auto insurance needs.

I always have a pleasant experience when I have a need to call the office. Everyone that I've dealt with is always very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, always addressing all of my concerns. Even though there are other State Farm agents with offices a lot closer to my house, at this point, I would not even consider switching agents. Highly recommend Amanda Chase. Mandy, Holly, and Nicole are real standouts. Sorry if I forgot anyone else who is worthy of high praise.

I can say I was pleased with the help I received. I am shopping around for a new provider and had some questions and concerns. most of the time I get the run around or vague answers. However I spoke with a Mandy Favors and She was so professional, knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to come across that in a lot of business.

Holly is great to work with, she always answers any questions that I have about my policies and communicates very well. I recently purchased a newer 2'nd car and she was able to reduce the coverage of the older car to an afordable figure. I'm very happy with the outcome, and she is a Packers fan! Go Packers!

Mandy was amazing when setting up the insurance policy for my daughter. She explained the benefits thoroughly and with the utmost professionalism. Any documentation needed from me was walked through clearly with me and the final policy docs were delivered quickly and efficiently. Monthly payments were incredibly low and she set it up electronically so I don't even have to worry about it. Eight years later and I still hold this policy because it's seamless. I definitely suggest anyone going with Mandy for their insurance needs.

Phylicia was amazing to work with. I switched to State Farm from a horrible experience I had with my previous car insurance company. Within a few moments of connecting with her she was extremely helpful, explained the policy and helped me figure out my best options. I would highly suggest her to friends and family.
