I have been filing my taxes with Alpha since 2000. He and his Staff are very professional. He came into the black neighborhood to do taxes. The ones that is giving him a negative review have a problem themselves. Yes, he is very educated in taxes . He doesn't cut corners. He goes straight by the book. Never seen him rude to no one . My family uses Alpha . THUMBS UP FOR ALPHA INCOME TAX SERVICES !!!

Do not go there. This guy is rude. If it was possible to give him 0 star i would give him no star at all. He is very rude. He thinks he knows everything and if you ask him one question he raises his voice and makes you feel like you are stupid and gets annoyed with you. Not helpful at all. He is also racist and treats black people differently. His customer service is a big 0. He will tell you a price when you drop your documents off and will try to charge you double at the end of the service. I think I learned my lesson. Never again.

Worst place ever. Please dont go there. Very rude guy and he charges more then other places. I see he has 5 stars. He probably has his people rating him.

Professional, communicative, knowledgable and quick. After reading several positive reviews, we contacted Alpha Income Tax Services to prepare our taxes. We were very pleased with our experience. Hicham is great to work with. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We will definatelty file our taxes here again next year.

Mr. Bouchahine provides excellent customer service and provided a plethora of information regarding my tax return process. I was not expecting to get as much as he got for me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to file their tax returns as fast and easy as possible.

Hicham I am not a customer however I called and Hicham was kind enough to go thru the process with me over the phone by explaining what needed to be done. He was honest in helping me and not having me come in unnecessarily.very helpful and honest will be using again should I need to go in
