Rough technicians, other Advent Health locations were better

I did not have a good experience with the mammography technician today. Previously I have always had a polite technician but this one had a very rough personality and said something not appropriate For anyone working as a technician for mammograms.

It was waiting a MONTH to get an appointment at this location and then over an HOUR wait to get in! Only to be told they did not get my file and turned away! Terrible experience! Did not like the constant texts and requirement for you to get their app and put all of your registration info online. Horrible customer care...
