Scott and the team here at mavis really helped us out today! They were very helpful helping us find the best options for our tire replacement and even helped us out with a patch that we didn’t know we needed! Honestly a great place! I will be back whenever I need help with tires!

I had a flat & they were able to get us in right away to assess it. It’s always stressful to have a flat in the Florida heat, but they are professional & quick. Excellent customer service & very clean inside. This is where I go for all my tire needs!

I dropped my car off and was told that it would be an hour and a half 3 hours, so I told the guy that I don’t get off work until 7:30pm and I know They close at 6pm. So I gave the guy my dad’s number to get in contact with him about my car. Well my dad goes in to the shop around 4 almost 5 hours later and my car was in the same spot not touched. The guy was trying to say because I wasn’t the only customer but it was more like he put me in back burner because I wasn’t there and thought I wouldn’t be picking it up until the next morning, because he tried to tell my dad I told him I didn’t need it worked on until the next day which I did Not say. So clearly my dad is upset with the man and again I don’t Know the conversation they had. Well I came In the next morning to get my car and the guy started talking to me about my dad saying how unprofessional he was and made me very uncomfortable and visibly upset to the point I had to tell the man he was making me uncomfortable. If he had a problem with my dad it should have been said to HIM the day he was in there. You don’t start talking about him to his young daughter as she is just trying to pay and leave. I mean I was physically shaking just trying to pay and leave. He wants to say my dad was unprofessional well I felt That he was very unprofessional and I would Never go back or recommend that place to anyone especially young women.
