I put in $1.50 in quarters into the tire air machine, and the machine didn't come on. I went inside to complain but all they told me was to call some 800 number supposedly written on the machine.

Okay let's just say I come to the store because it's the closest to my houseand it's convenient.However they really really need to get people in there that are passionate about what they do. 711 did not call these rude people and say come work for 7-Eleven they chose 7-Eleven so therefore they need to do everything that they can to satisfy customers. Nope customers aren't always right but they're always be customers if you treat them right!I went in there on today which is Wednesday July 29th and wanted to purchase some lottery tickets.I Was told by the cashier that I was unable to play my lottery tickets again without having them re-entered on a lot of grid sheet.I'm a customer, she works there, but I had to tell her that on that screen there is a button that allows you to play Old lottery tickets again.She proceeded to tell me no ma'am no we can't do that we can't do that. I told her on her computer screen there is an icon that says Play It Again. Click that button slip my tickets in and give me my lottery tickets.She did as I had asked her to reluctantly and guess what.... The tickets came out by her clicking on the icon that says Play It Again.To the owner of this 7-Eleven you have a new development that's coming to right of you and directly in front of you looking out of the window.!Staff up get the right people in your store! Because one bad customer experience can lead to 10 people not coming to your store and those 10 people could tell 10 people and guess what..Just saying.

Do not get gas here. The cashiers/management are paid off to let scammers install card readers at the pumps. If you do decide to risk getting gas here, PLEASE check the sticker on the pump to make sure it has not been removed/altered.

Prices should be changed on billboard first not pumps! It is very deceiving to clients. Using the bait and switch tactics will just draw people away especially through word of mouth and viral comments and exposure. Not cool.

The shelf tag pricing is inconsistent with the pricing at the register. A 12pk of domestic beer was listed at $12.99 on the shelf; it was $13.49 at the register. A 20oz soft drink was listed at $1.99 on the shelf; it was $2.09 at the register. “All I can do is tell the manager,†is the response I received. “She will be back tomorrow,†was the solution offered. Please be aware of the pricing. It is higher than advertised & no relief is available for the false advertising. Multiply this by hundreds of transactions per day (ex. 500) & they skim an extra $300+ off of mislabeled pricing. Caveat emptor: let the buyer beware.

The manager Bernie was racist and rude. Called my mother a "ho" in front of a line full of people and kids bc i paid for a pack of cigarettes with change. I have never seen a store that ran so unprofessional. Truthfully the store is nasty trash was ALWAYS over piling by the soda machines. There is ALWAYS a long wait when they have 2 people at the registers. Just rude unprofessional and nasty. Ill talk the time out to go to the 711 on 436 or the one on aloma.
