Buzz cut guy with beard was so rude. Just tryna get my slurpee and I messed up one flavor and made me pay for an empty cup and was super rude about it said he would make sure I would buy two. Ruined my day for real.

Been coming here all my life. Bring back the banana slurpees, please. The new flavors are weird. Banana is a Winter Park staple from all the back to the 1980s. The guy with the bald head and tiny mustache is mean. He has an attitude problem. I see him roll his eyes at people, he's curt, he doesn't smile, he shakes his head at you. Everyone else here is super nice. When I see him in there I'm always disappointed.

Came in last night to buy a lighter, I’m above the legal age yet the woman at the counter wouldn’t sell me the lighter. Said she was required to scan my ID for it and the screen said “invalid age”. Was just a huge inconvenience for no reason, it was just a lighter lady and it was apparent I was 18+. So ridiculous.

I've visited this location a few times but my latest visit on the morning of 2/15/23, I was baffled. Both the man and woman working were extremely loud, somewhat acting obnoxiously and appeared intoxicated. This store is really going downhill.
