Hello 7 Eleven Complaint,
My name is Syndie. I've been attending the store located in Winter Park, Florida.
There is an employee by the name of Rhonda, a Caucasian female to be precise. I had been there a couple time. She has never been promoted for Assistant Manager or Management but yet they would be some nights she would lock up the franchise to use the bathroom for an hour and have us as customers outside and some of us would leave after not being able to wait and she would put a sign on the door that they are closed. She had many urges where I would come and people would be waiting outside and I would wait. She would lock the door to go sleep in the back office. The other people that know her would say they know she is sleeping at this time and open the store once she's done with her rest. There's just time she locks it up when she doesn't want to deal with us or when she has to clean the store which she can't do. i can send you more details.

First time to this store. Young guy working there stole my 3 dollars I won on a ticket. I didn't get my receipt and didn't have my glasses on so didn't see the cost. I checked later my bank and he didn't put the money towards my purchase. I assume he probably does this to alot of people. Yes its only 3 bucks but shoot.. Tried calling today the number online says out of order. Will never go back and diffently will always ask for my winnings in cash.

Very nice 7-Eleven store. Clean and well stocked. We bought some packaged food and some Latin bakery, everything was fresh even though it's afternoon. The customer service is pleasant.

Apparently in this store you wait for associate to use the restroom for him to take care of random black individual that walks into store too take care of them before anyone else in line. Associate war very rude. Would not have him or any others like him work for me. Will never return to this store. Recommend anyone else to do the same

I never leave reviews but the white lady who likes to act like she’s from the hood that works there is just about the worst employee ever. Constantly being disrespectful and making everyone uncomfortable with her phone conversations but what made me write the review is that last night she locked the doors to the place at 10pm and was telling everyone that they were closed while she just sat there on her phone.
