work on your new car and your gasoline is consumed, for 9 trips 42.00 dollars...really!? How do you pay!!? What a joke, you are a shame!

I ordered a deluxe through a company called "Ruth's Flowers" and this company were the ones that ultimately delivered my mother's arrangement.
The flowers didn't look like the picture at all and they absolutely butchered my message. They must have just learned to type or something.
I edited the picture of the card a bit for privacy reasons.
I emailed the company and it was a complete waste of energy. They got their money so they don't care.
Don't waste your money and do thorough research.

don’t support this business. you can get much prettier flowers from better people who treat their workers right. i don’t see how their still getting business… id save my money and go to publix…

Flowers were delivered for my birthday Tuesday (5/28) most were already going bad. Horrible quality. After reading the reviews I didn't bother calling for a replacement or refund for my son. I was too embarrassed to send my son a picture. DO BETTER!!

STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful flower arrangement for a friends birthday and was not only mortified at what she received but completely embarrassed. The arrangement was almost $100, the colors and the flowers were NOT what was in the description (not the photo, the description), the flowers were wilted and dying and just atrocious! I tried to call the florist and only got voicemail, 3 phone calls/messages for a return call over a week and CRICKETS, no return calls, no effort what so ever to make things right. If you want to throw money away to a company that has no floral skills and will make you look like a complete fool if you order from them to send an arrangement as a gift, this is the company for you, if not STAY CLEAR AWAY!!!!

This place is super special. Mariana, the owner is attentive, cordial, understanding.
It is one of those businesses that the owner is present and active. . It is definitely highly recommended if I could give it 10 stars!!

Please DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with this floral company… not only did they not deliver at the time promised.. they sent me an email stating everything was delivered (which wasn’t) and didn’t notify me either. After calling the next day , they promised to deliver, and was missing half of my order! Not pleased.. It’s not hard to give good service and they clearly don’t care! Door Dash Flowers from Publix would have gave better service and would have been cheaper! ????

I would never recommend this florist to anyone. My daughter suffered a loss & an out of state relative ordered flowers through 1800flowers. They, I assumed, filled the order through this local florist, & a small bouquet with a Happy Birthday balloon with a birthday card with a very personal birthday message addressed to someone else was delivered around 8pm on a Friday. The delivery person (who spilled half the water in the vase in our hallway) accepted our tip, & quickly ran down the stairs. Within minutes, my husband looked at the delivery card with address, & caught up with the man. The delivery guy stated ‘ that’s the wrong card that got mixed up with the order’, & took off. It sure was mixed up, & we placed calls to this florist for the next 3 days explaining the situation. They said they would correct the order & send out a new bouquet, but on the third day when this wasn’t done, the florist said they wouldn’t be delivering another bouquet because 1800Florist ‘cancelled’ the order (which was never done by the sender)! This has made this difficult time so much worse for our family. And I feel sorry for the person who's ‘happy birthday’ gift was never received. I would recommend that you don’t ever use this florist if you want your order delivered correctly. Reading other reviews, it sounds like they’ve missed the mark consistently in customer service & quality.
