Had to take my car after a small collision. The service was great and the result was top quality. I had the pleasure of having Mark Tucker as point of contact for the whole process, he was super easy to talk to and worked hard to meet the deadlines agreed upon. Overall, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them for all your car needs.

Williams Collision was an awesome experience in a time of need. The moment you walk into the front office you're met with friendly faces full of smiles and all willing to help. They made you feel like you're part of the family. Turn around time was quick, work on my Toyota was impeccable and great communication throughout the process. I would totally recommend to anyone!!

I am giving them 2 stars because I got my car back fixed, but honestly, horrible customer service. The lady at the front is rude and thinks she's better than everyone. No one communicates on the status of the vehicle, it took almost 4 weeks to get my car fixed and I wasn't even made aware what was going on, I had to keep calling. They even marked it complete and had me paying for my rental due to my insurance thinking it was completed when it wasnt even done. Once I finally got called to pick up my vehicle, no walk through was done. Handed me the keys and done. Overall horrible experience.

I’ll give them one star because the system doesn’t let me put cero (0), I let my car with the to fix my back window and the rear top chassis. When I get the car the charge me for a new rear bumper I don’t understand why because nothing happened to the bumper and the guy told me that I have to thanks them for a new bumper, ridiculous. They charged for the back light and a left rear headlight, again nothing happened to them, also they charge me for another things that they didn’t. On top of that they don’t clean the car after the mechanic work inside the car and let my car dirty of grease all over. Never again I’m going to use them and I don’t recommend

My car was referred here by Progressive Insurance due to an accident to the rear of my vehicle. I myself am an insurance adjuster (not for Progressive) and the they did was AMAZING! I looked over every inch of my vehicle for any imperfections and I couldn’t find one. I was so stressed out knowing all the horrors I have heard and seen from preferred shops and when I got there I was so happy with the work they did. Thank you so much ?. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Painting

Bad service!!! Made the damage to my car even worse than it was and broke original parts. Threw away all the bolts and clips needed to put parts back on the car. Which equaled approximately 30 bolts and numerous clips. I was told when I asked for them that they were all broken! Really???? How does that happen? ⛏️ amazing! I think that is a world record. The car only had physical damage when I bought it in. It ran perfectly and all lights worked. When I got it back my lights were ripped out, broken and pieces were in my back seat. They over estimated costs which caused my car to be totaled. I bought the car back and had it fixed for under $1000. Even with all the extra damages caused by this shop. Their estimate was over $7500. And no I did not use junk yard parts.! I used same sources this shop does. Be ware!!!!!This is the 3rd time my insurance sent me to this shop and I had problems every time. Minor the first two times but this one takes the cake ?

Yeah these people are in my opinion should not be in business. The customer is not right with Williams collision center and if you are upset about the incompetence demonstrated by them they tell you to get off their property. IF you have other options than these people save yourself a headache and do something else. I will be filing complaints with my insurance company and maybe they will hear my concerns when they don't get over paid by my insurance company. This company sucks. Sincerely.

They went above and beyond. Not only did they do a great job fixing my fender (the reason I brought it in), but they also buffed and painted a part of my bumper that needed work. I'd been quoted $200-$1000 for the bumper before, and they just did it for me! All that and still got my car back almost a week sooner than they estimated. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Will post my email to the shop here in hopes I will receive a response and reimbursement. In addition to what is described below, employee will was extremely aggressive verbally towards myself. Do not recommend.After Progressive informed me the shop would not be doing work on my vehicle , I attempted to pick the vehicle up Thursday then Friday, shop refused Access both times. I am now out $ for the rental utilized during the time the shop was not allowing me access to my vehicle and am asking for reimbursement. When the shop reopened and I was granted access to my vehicle, a hubcap was missing and it was left unlocked all weekend by the side of the road (although they kept the keys in unknown location to me). I wrote to them:My receipt attached, please reimburse me for the minimum of Thursday- Monday since this was your shops time.I visited my 37 year old brothers grave on Saturday so was in need of transport. Still recovering from caregiving and funeral costs so would appreciate you doing the right thing here. In addition, one of my hubcaps went missing while on your property. Please replace or reimburse.

Wiliams collision is nice but I have a major issue when the problem isn't resolved my car was wrecked in January ,only was repaired it was NEVER driven and the compu let me know that. I brought my car back and the good for nothing PREJUDICE insu adjuster JOHN acted as if my car was in a wreck again I'm still waiting on my car to be fixed as if I don't have to go to work.If anyone cares sit back and observe him talking to a black woman .
