WORTHLESS VERIZON STORE!!! Wish I could leave no stars. I went to this store hoping for help on making an insurance claim on my phone as I pay for the Multi device coverage. I get there on a Tuesday walk in im the only customer there. 8+ Verizon workers are all just standing around doing NOTHING. I then walk up to one and explain to him my issue hoping he can help. He says this isnt something I can help you with instore but we can call customer care and help. He then walks overt to a landline picks it up and said it doesnt work and hasnt for 2 days he says! He then walks over to the other landline and said yep this one is dead also. The I think is the IT guy walks out the back and he then tells him how the phones dont work and hasnt for 2 days the IT guy says why hasnt anyone told me? Then the verizon guy helping me asks another employee how should he call customer service for me she tells him to use my phone and I then respond it doesnt work I then say NVM ill just change over to AT&T and was then told Goodluck and Goodbye! Horrible help Truly sad this is supposed to be a Corporate Store! Been with Verizon over 20 years truly is sad.

If you would have asked me before I would have only recommended this location but after the last 2 visits that opinion has changed. During this last interaction my husband ordered a new phone for me I attempted to pick it up in the store, they told me I was not able to. I left did what I needed to do to go back the next day to pick it up. In the shadows mr Juan the ever so unhelpful store associate with his lack luster manager who needs to brush his hair flagged the phone as fraud!!!! We got that situated and went back to the store with all the necessary things and collected my phone. The guy with the bun was nice and polite, but not one other person of the 10 that was inside that construction zone offered to help, no one offered to set my phone up no one offered a phone case a protective glass nothing only the last guy to bring my phone to me with the bun asked about a warranty and at that point I was done! These people are not helpful !!!! Just buy your stuff online way easier!!!!!

Horrible business. I switched from metro to Verizon to try their service since I got a student discount. After months of being charged more than I was supposed and having to call and dispute the charges I gave up on them. I turned the 2 phones back in to the store, a new iPhone 12 and a refurbished iPhone X. A few weeks later they get a bill for $1300 for the phones that were turned in. I called and spoke to csr who could do nothing about it but never received a call back from the store manager or a regional manager as I requested. Both phone were working perfectly and I had video of it showing they both work. This is a money thirsty business who will try to take whatever money they can from people. Metro, T-Mobile, and Spectrum are all head and shoulders above Verizon.

Not nice ppl I had issue with my phone 3 line ordered online phone and they charged me whole price for phone plus went here to fix it nasty attitude talk to like you stupid disappointed now stuck with a phone and high bill $699 add on my account yes over 30 days but they should been more helpful not charge me whole phone I pay my bill always very sad

I hate giving one star reviews, but the process of me getting a new phone to upgrade lead to me leaving. The service team messed multiple things up on my bill and mentioned they would change it, which they never did. When I asked for a call back more than 7 separate times never received one. Worst customer service company around.

We have had very good experiences at this Verizon store. On the two most recent occasions, we were fortunate to have Peter helping us. Two months ago he helped us pick out a phone for my mother, then yesterday he helped us fix a problem with her phone. Both times Peter was patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We just wanted to thank him publically, and to recommend him and this particular store to others.

I was in and out within 30 minutes with 2 new lines and new iPhones. Peter made the process so easy and I was able to get the exact phones I wanted. I couldn't have asked for better!!
