When in, had good customer service. Pre-ordered new phone. They could only deliver to my house, not the store. Well, they use FedEx. (Issue right there) VERIZON failed to tell us that the package will need to be signed for. We'll, since we are normal people we work. Meaning no one was home to sign. The phone was returned to Verizon.The main issue is Verizon DOES NOT CARE 1 BIT.They just shrugged and said, we'll have to cancel the order and start over (again ship the phone to my house WHERE IT WON'T GET SIGNED FOR AGAIN).But I lost the $120 discount for not pre-ordering (which I did). They don't care.I called the 800 number, and the agent went through the history. Said the damn same thing. Sorry, too bad. Good luck. Verizon does not care if your order didn't go through. Doesn't care it'll cost you an extra $120 even though it's not your fault, Verizon should have advised you that a signature would be required.I have used Verizon for many, many years. I think it's time to move on.

This is not a corporate Verizon store However it is an exceptionally good store The employees are very friendly they go the extra mile without making you feel like you are taking up their time I'm big on customer service and I consider this a plus They open door and greet the customers at the door and when it's time to leave they open the door again for the customer.

Best corporate Verizon store I have ever been in! Great customer service and always very friendly! Will continue to do my all my business here. Highly recommend! Thumbs up to Debbie, Matt, and Nieve! They are the best! Gotta love Debbie, she is awesome!!!
