If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before sending out my customers orders through here. I’ve had to replace about 5 customer orders because it doesn’t move from “Pre-transit” status- even after weeks. It’s unacceptable.

Immediately upon arriving and asking my simple question I was comepletly being treated aggressively, cut off any moment I tried to speak and treated as if I’m such a bother and I did something wrong. I explained to her I filed a change of address online (which I’ve done multiple times with no issue) and when I try to explain that that’s very confusing because the website specifically says do it online with NO ADDITIONAL STEPS. So anyway she continued to not let me say a word or ask a question without cutting me off in the most aggressive tone possible, her face was flush red and I just couldn’t believe it. I kept my cool. So sarcastic, rude, arrogant, aggressive and frankly annoying person I’ve ever dealt with working in a customer service position. White girl with glasses. I won’t put her name here but I’m sure the people who work there know who it is. Someone like that probably gets many complaints from customers and other staff. I hope I never have a reason to need to come back here again.

I've never had any problems with these people. recently I thought they lost a package and they ended up finding it and holding on to it for me for longer than they needed to. been dealing with them for the better part of 5 years now. They are not happy to be there, and they might be a little curt with you, but they do their jobs well

There's one particular driver who keep returning my mail saying he can't access my mailbox no matter how far away the neighbors park but somehow he will walk to another person mailbox. I dont know why

For me is very important the customer service. If you decided to work with people; you need to understand and improve your customer service skills. I was trying to explain a situation to the CLERK #22 and she just cut me off and said I DON’T CARE. Since I can’t be quiet on this type of behaviors; I thanked her for cutting me off and I told her that she might need to work on her customer service; and she said that she was trying to safe me money… Now… I don’t care about my money; since I was willing to spend it; as long as I get a good service. For me is not what you said is about how you made me feel. Thank you for nothing clerk #22…

You can NOT get anyone if you have questions, or complaints with the automated phone number. It constantly hangs up on you and you never get to a live person!

I moved 2 months ago changed my address where it was supposed to go. My mom sent me a Mother’s Day gift. THE POST OFFICE DIDNT WVEN TRY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE. Apparently they have a policy that if the clerk doesn’t recognize a name at an address they automatically return the package to the sender. Well I’d love to know how the clerk knows where I’m at or what I’m doing or who lives with me. I could not get anyone on the phone or any help to pick up the package. This is one of the LAZIEST and WORST post office I’ve ever encountered. If someone mails a package it should be MAILED TO THAT ADDRESS! We have now had to just wait for the package to go back to Texas at my moms address and she is going to have to pay extra shipping AGAIN to use fedex or ups because the United States postal service was to lazy to deliver my package. I don’t think they even deserve a quarter of a star! Stealing and returning peoples mail without and repercussion. Doing what they want with valuable information and items!

Ahn was amazing to work with for my passport with photo services appointment! She was incredibly kind, professional, and took a great passport photo for me. She made sure every document was correct and ready to go for being sent off with expedited shipping. Ask for Ahn if you come here for your new/lost/stolen/replacement passport!

Just tried calling to see if they could resolve an issue about a Florence villa mailperson potentially taking a package (system says it was delivered and it wasn't).
The phone number listed is not for the post office! It's for the customer care line. ?

The best post office is visin 30 miles. Stuff is always polite and helpful. Very quick service!
