When my wife and I were looking to purchase our home, we chose Trustco Bank. We could not have been happier with the service that was provided. The staff and branch manager are tremendous. We sold her home and moved out of country, but still feel like part of the family. Deborah Rivera is a top-notch branch manager and trust at our interest stateside it’s taken care of. Thank you Deborah, and please give the team a pat on the back!

I had the privilege to work with Rosa Taveras for my home equity loan. I must emphasize that she was excellent and very easy to work with, she made sure that all my questions were answered and was very diligent to make this process go really smooth. Above all, she is very competent and a great professional to work with and not to mention that she is working with a great team here at this winter haven branch.If I had to do this again or if I were to recommend someone, it would be definitely Rosa Taveras the person I would go with.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Had a debit card get compromised, had to order a new one 4 times. When it finally showed up, it was to the wrong address. They also tried to charge me several hundred dollars because of my account being overdrawn even though I had pulled all the cash out the week before, it was due to them updating their system. Do not trust them with your money

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced anywhere. Margaret was rude, and just outright disrespectful. She misunderstood something, and got extremely Belligerent. Totally unacceptable!!! Literally YELLING!!!! Totally uncalled for!!
