This is my 2nd purchase from Discount Tire. My first purchase was 5 tires and wheels mounted and balanced etc. shipped to my home and I put them on myself. I got 63,000 miles on the set of tires! All Terrain tires on a Jeep!!!
So I ordered the same tires this time. But I'm older now so had them shipped to the store in Winter Haven, FL. Called and made my appointment. Showed up and they were so busy but my appointment was kept on time!
A small little hiccup on the spare tire to go on the back of the Jeep, but a wonderful young man, Cyle took good customer service to a higher level!!!! Cyle went way above my expectations and long story short, my wife's car will need tires next year and I'll be giving Cyle a call to take care of them for me. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced!!! Cyle at Winter Haven Discount Tire! I'm a customer for Life!!!

“I called and Tina answers, From the moment the conversation started she was all ears, listening and jotting things down, ready to assist. My wife (who drives 45 miles one way daily) needed tires as one started to show beading. They did not have the exact tire in shop but said I can have them here by 330, and this was 1030. She called both cell #'s leaving messages and when my wife went in, Tina greeted her by her first name and 2 french bulldogs. To say my wife was impressed is saying something. She is a gate agent for a large airline and can spot great customer service immediately. The total ended up being less than expected coupled with the overall treatment of my wife flying solo that day deserves at least 5 stars. I'd give them 10 if I could. “The team at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven went far and above any expectations and service I have ever received from a Dealership. I didn't think it was going to be possible to get into a brand-new Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid due to my credit and Chico in the Finance office made it happen with minimum money down. “We were on the road to Daytona. Got a nail. Husband bought a patch kit and patched it, but since it was on the edge of the tire, it wouldn't hold and started leaking. Looked up the nearest tire store, found these guys. Called and they checked stock to replace the tire, made an appointment, the lady on the phone sent a message that we were less than 10 minutes away, so they could get us in the queue. Arrived, they had our appointment. We checked in, waited maybe 10 minutes, got called, they got started, and we were outta there in about another 20 minutes.
