I asked for a box of game pineapple this man said ok. This is not my first time going there for a box of game pineapple. But this is the first time going there and them trying to rip me off. The box come with 15 this man puts 11 pineapple and 4 green game. Its 11:09 I’m just now realizing it cuz when I open one I said that don’t smell like pineapples. I looked and its green games so I go look at the rest it’s 4 of them in there. But why not just tell me its only 11 pineapple and I don’t have all 15 nahh. Instead he puts what he wanted in the box try to scam and the price still not adding up.

Went In there Christmas Day. The lady working "Sudah" is a real character. I had a nearly flat tire and needed change. I only had a twenty dollar bill. I walked in and stood in line to ask for change. When I politely asked for change she waved her hand no and said I don't have change. Which I found very rude. She waved me off as if she was bothered by me asking. I walked out but knowing I needed the change I went in and grabbed some gum to purchase in hopes she would give me the change needed to put air in my tires. Well after standing in line. I went to hand her the $20 and the gum. She proceed in a demeaning tone I told you I have no change. You need to give me 35 cents for the gum. Why are you giving me a hard time take your business somewhere else. As she looked over to a security officer that was in the corner playing scratch offs. Which is why she raised her voice and said what she said. I looked over and saw the safety officer and left the store. I didnt want no trouble just change. This lady was really trying to cause a scene for me. It was so rude in front of customers which were watching with there mouths open shaking their heads. As we watched her hand off singles numerous times to people for lotto tickets right infront of me. I was looked down on through her glasses and spoken to in a way that was embarrassing and demeaning. She talked to me as if I was a drug addict or some undesirable person. That is no way to run a buisnees. Of course I went across the road and got change. The lady in the convinience store gladly gave me chage. I told her about the lady at the gas station.. She said this is the complaint she gets about her often. She said she may be mad about working Christmas Day. But how she treated me on one of the happiest days in the world was heartbreaking. I went back in the store and asked her if she was the owner and she said no. I then asked her what was her name. She responded Sudah. I informed her I will be contacting the owners. Customer Service is what drives a business especially in Florida. This lady clearly doesn't belong serving the public. Maybe my festive Christmas pajamas and hat triggered something in her. But she was rude and I was mortified by her behavior. This should never happen to anyone. Please be advised SUDAH is bad for the Sunoco Brand horrible southern hospitality. Bad customer service. Customers beware this store does not give out change when you ask even if you purchase something. Very unfriendly place to do buisiness. If Sudah (Indian lady with bad teeth and glasses) is there take your buisiness somewhere else.
