It's pretty pathetic that the shop owner is constantly advertising the false price on the GasBuddy app to get more customers. Stay away from this place.

I shop here when I'm in town because it's close to where I'm staying. The people have always been nice to me. It's a bit dated but they have a lot of snacks I like, and the prices are what you would expect. I don't know why in a previous review he/she said that the picture is not the picture of the store. It is. Perhaps they only saw it from the other side, or the coke truck wasn't stopped at the light when they were there. But the picture is the store from the ave O side. It definitely looks different from the Recker highway side. My only complaint is the noise this place seems to attract that I can clearly hear from where I stay.

So today my hubby blew his radiator hose on the way to work, he went inside to let the cashier know he had called me to come and have aaa pick it up. To which the cashier said "You better have it gone in two hours or I'm having it towed at your expense!" So when I got there and had aaa called to come. I went inside to let her know they were on the way but that the estimated time was about an hour. She proceeded to tell me "you better have it here before my tow truck shows up" seriously!!! If my husband didn't go on to let them know I was coming to get it they would have never know he was leaving it there as it was parked to the far side of the building in a spot! So I am letting everyone know what jerks these people are and to mot use there gas station as they are a**holes!!!!!! This is the Sunoco on ave O and 655 (recker hwy) avoid them at cost. If this is how they treat customers it's not surprising that they look like they are going out of business!!!

The phone number i listed is the number located on the pump you call if you need handicap assistance pumping gas. I assume it rings inside the store so a clerk can come out to help. It is a local number for this area. As to if they answer. I do not know.
