I went in to the photo lab area today to pick up an order. While there I was helped by Julissa. She was so sweet, calm and patient with me. She applied a coupon to my order saving me 50%. She helped navigate how to use the self help copying machines. ? She then offered me a bag to keep the papers tidy. I came into the store with anxiety but left feeling at peace. These kinda experiences keep me coming back.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time here please support your local print shops. They are way cheaper and way more understanding. I will never print another thing in my life there, And I own several Restaurants. Last time I went to Stacys printing And they took care of me right away. I try to give Staples the benefit of the doubt but if you dont preorder anything, they cant help you for nothing.

Very nice process of ordering online and pickup in store. The product was exactly as ordered and the associate was friendly.

I called in this morning with questions about printing, Mark was very informative and walked me through the process. My prints were ready within two hours. His customer service, knowledge and willingness to help is a 10/10! Thanks again, Mark!

The customer service at this store is terrible!!! This has to be the end of the line for Staples employees - management also seems oblivious to the situation - with a blank stare and milk toast apology for attitudes that they have to be aware of but are clueless as to what else to say. How about asking customers what they can do to make the situation right. Beyond that, why do they tolerate staff attitudes designed to alienate customers rather than assist them. Sincerely Walter Degurse

Not a UPS drop off as they advertise, nor a Amazon drop. Don't waste you're time coming here, unless you want overpriced office supplies from 1997. Unless you want to interact with rude staff that's upset they have to stop chit chatting and actually help a customer, they do offer that. Watched 2 employees talk for 8 minutes as 1 other employee was helping 4 other people.

Do not come here if you need to return a amazon package or ups. I had both and was told they don't handle returns. My sister had just dropped off a amazon return there so I guess that employee was just lazy. I came back 2 hours later after getting a late lunch. A new employee was on shift now, I once again asked if they could return My items. They said they could take the amazon return but not the ups... OK I guess. So I ended up having to find an another ups drop boxStore was also very sketch there was homeless people outside asking people for money and cigarettes. I said I didn't have any change and the man said "I know you have money you're at staples" lmao whatever that means. I guess going to staples means I'm rich or something.Just all around bad experience avoid this place like the plague. The employees are all rude and condescending. I felt like a was being talked down when I was there. District management needs to get involved here and clean house to be honest

Returned an Amazon package here which went fine, but then got scammed by the "discount" coupon they gave that said you get $10 off for spending $30. You actually have to spend $40 to get $10 off.Bathrooms were absolutely nasty. Mold. Rust. Dirty.Cashier tried to get us to spend $30 to get the discount and it didn't work but she didn't say anything. She was mumbling and had a bad attitude.Super sketchy outside with a homeless person camping out in front with their music blasting.Feels like a apocolaype in there. Crumbling building and zombie cashiers.

Copy area was quick and painless. I feel bad for anyone who has to actually purchase an item in the store. They won't help you through any process, staff only completes steps necessary for transaction. If you have to buy something no one acknowledges you standing there. Many places are understaffed sure. Mind you maybe three customers were there at this time. Your customers purchasing items are more important then relabeling clearance. No wonder people are being replaced with self check out.

We found everything we needed and prices where good. Thank you!!!

This Staples store is in a city with no mask mandate. And Staples corporation is going to have it's employees ask me to wear a mask? And tell me that I can't wait in there? No thank you. Turned around. Never spending another dollar in this place. I am shopping at local mom and pop stores around here from now on. I would cut down a tree and go through the process of paper making myself before going to any Staples anywhere.
