I was in winter Haven save alot at 10pm on 2/15/2024 cashier #20 is the very best I've seen in a long time she was very nice and was very professional about her job as I was checking out a man wearing a large hodie jacket came in to store and got really close to me in line he made me nervous so hurried to pack my things he walk by me and gave me Avery mean look I said OK just keep putting things in box then I went to walk out of the store and the cashier was standing out side I said to myself thank God fir this lady so I put my things in truck I looked around diddnt see him so I walked the buggies back to the place they go and said to her mam im so glad you came outside thnk you so much she said I knew he mad you nerves THATS why came out here she is the best person they have in that store no one has ever done that for me.casher #20 Thank You so MuchMuch.your the best.

I used to be Manager years ago for Sav-a-lot. Stores are franchise now and dirty. They do have quality products at good prices

Why are they always out of the Sav-A-Lot sandwich bread?...I always rack up on the discounted bananas upfront... I wonder why this location is the only one I can find this deal at?

Should’ve written sooner, but on this day we were racially discriminated. One cashier was checking out a long line of customers. Another employee proceeded to take a customer (non African American) on a new register who was not in line waiting. She motioned with her hand for them to check out with her. She did not make an announcement for next in line and visibly had an attitude when the rest of us (African American) went to her line called her out on what she did. The next gentleman in line had to ask her if she was open. She told me, “I didn’t need to tell you I was open!” She was utterly rude and disrespectful. The rest of the customers in line were talking amongst ourselves and she got loud cutting into our conversation. She was wrong and had zero intentions of showing her disgusting behavior. I asked to speak with a manager and she spoke proudly, “I am the manager.” She gave Save-A-Lot THE WORST possible image and a less than shopping experience.

Terrible cashier tonight! Awful service. Had issues because she was unable to run card as credit. Left store and found my pin. Went back in and tested pin with one item. When it worked asked for her to ring out previous order. She than refused to allow me to take cart. Even after offering a quarter. And its because she was a nasty cashier that made me get another cart outside and my son to transfer grociers... I will contact a government agency that may be intested in the store.

Great buys at reasonable prices.Now you’re paying for a cart, and return it properly and get your quarter back..smart move. Sav a lot has many items available.

Save-a-lot grocery store has great prices. People often forget that Save-a-lot offers prices for all ranges. My only concern, as a mom, was that at first glance, the vegetables seemed pretty unhealthy. However, if they address this issue, all in all, this place is a great option for shopping.

Great prices on most items compared to Publix. I do not like the checkout process. Takes time to get use to bagging your items in such small space before the next customer pays and needs to bag their items. Can be stressful amd may not be considered worth it for some people.
