Nasty has roaches and a Crack house across the street if someone comes to visit you they charge them $20 they even ran outside to try and charge an Uber delivery guy that was delivering food to the only other person who was staying

Great location downtown near lakes and excellent value, especially for a week. Comfortable bed, although small room which needs updating. Beautiful landscaping. Helpful staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’d rather stay in Polk county jail than stay here. Took pictures of bed bugs lady tried to tell me they weren’t bugs. Wouldn’t give me my money back either. Totally pathetic.

Way Over priced, they tried to charge even more when we were quoted on the phone and when they agreed to keep the original quoted price later they ended up charging extra anyways!Also someone was in our room with the bed all messed up when we arrived. So we had to wait for them to change the bed sheets straighten up. However the couple doing it was very nice and helpful.

The owners are nice the places very well carried but there's too much bad activities going around there and people that are not healthy for others coming out of state to vacation there's to much crime around there. Not recommended to stay and very pricey

Terrible customer service, 1 week had no ac, another week no hot water. There is a soda machine that is too expensive and rarely works, and God forbid you tell them that it took your money. No ice machine.

Killed some roaches. Pillowcases and sheets were dingy, only 1 plug out of 3 worked and it didn't have a cover over the plug socket.

friendly maid service and plenty of tv channels. Very outdated except for the LG 32” tv’s. the furniture is literary falling apart.
