Seriously the worst bank I’ve ever used. We’ve had constant issues! But today was my last straw. Had a fraudulent charge for $500. Someone stole my husbands card info and venmo’d themselves $500 and it overdrafted our account. We called to report fraudulent charges and let them know and essentially they can’t do anything until it’s posted in a few days. Then we have to wait 3 more business days for them to “investigate.” Any other bank I’ve used always refunds your money immediately and will take it back if they find out it wasn’t fraudulent. I have bills to pay. I will be closing this account ASAP after this situation. I’m glad to know my money is NOT protected with regions and I’ll tell everyone I know.

2/7/24 stopped in to get $Bill's for stuffing Valentine cards for grandkids. This was my 3rd bank to visit. A++++ TO THIS REGIONS BANK In Winter Haven. Talk about a difference in customer service!! THIS BANK WINS HANDS DOWN! THE MOMENT I Walked in to the FANTASTIC FRIENDLY TELLER ! Honestly has me thinking about transferring our funds to this Regions Bank. YES .. there is rhat much of a difference in customer relations!!!

One of the shadiest banks I’ve ever been in. Went in to cash 2 checks that were from there bank. They cashed one and we’re unable to “locate” the other one in there system. After hour they were able to cash second check and charged $10 to cash each check. Several other customers in bank had issues and left angry while I was waiting for them to cash second check.

My card was suspended due to suspicious charges (they were mine.) I was told they couldn't do it over the phone and had to go in to get a new card. There was one gentlemen there running everything. The wait wasn't long, but I was not happy that I had to go in for a new card. On the plus side, he was extremely friendly.

Starting a checking account has been a very stressful experience with Regions bank. They will not make it easy on you.

"Our systems are down. I'm sorry".I couldn't even make a cash withdrawal and they refused to do ANYTHING about it until systems returned. Do I need to tell you how to do your job? Do I need to tell you how to implement backup procedures just to get me my cash request? All they could offer is an apology. Next step is to close my account with these time-wasting, not-worthy-of-my-business incompetents
