I bought a used car for $11,745 out right and not even a week later, my engine completely broke down and I had to pay $250 to tow my car in to get fixed. They've had my car for about 2 weeks now and I never can get service to answer the phone or update me about what's going on with my car. Long story short, go literally ANYWHERE else for a car.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2024 Tuscon at Red Hoagland Hyundai. My sales associate, Jimmy Hobbs was fantastic. He was very patient with explaining all the bells and whistles on the car! I highly recommend Red Hoagland Hyundai! Love my new car!❤️

Hats off to a great experience. Ty was my salesperson and he was not the old typical car salesman. He went above and beyond to make our deal happen and was genuinely a great guy. Would not recommend. Wait times are horrendous. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. I was told I would need to leave it overnight that they would contact me when a loaner car was available. We're going on 3 weeks now and have heard nothing. After multiple callbacks I just keep hearing we will call you when we have a loaner car available with no time frame of how long it'll take until one is available when I asked if I should just take it to another dealership service advisor did not seem very concerned about not bringing it back for service. Feels to me like they just don't want to work on a warranty issue that they don't get paid much for. Not even an hour after leaving this review I was contacted by Lacey my service advisor from the service department who advised that because I left her a bad survey I was no longer welcome to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Extremely unprofessional behavior as well as borderline harassment. I tried leaving a complaints with the service manager but was only able to leave a voicemail and after reading other reviews I can see that I more than likely will never get a call back and nothing will ever happen. Stay far far away from this dealership and service departments horrible deplorable customer service.

First time going to the Red Hoagland Hyundai today to help my mom pick out a car. Met Edy at the door and from the moment we got there we were welcomed and made to feel at home. Edy was great at walking us through the features we were looking for and there was no pressure from Edy. He made the experience very easy and got us the car my mom liked and a very fair rate. What a wonderful experience today !! Lacy in the service department was absolutely amazing, kind, patient and very thorough. I had an issue with my ABS system and she made sure my safety came first and had my vehicle worked in at the last minute and on top of that made sure I had a rent a car available to me . Thank you Lacy for everything today Red Hoagland is very lucky to have you on staff ! With the way society is today it was nice to know there are people who care and give amazing customer service !!! My husband and I went to see if this dealership would buy our car. We were greeted by Ezra Santana. At first it was ok. He asked for the vehicle information to verify the payoff amount and get the car appraised, per usual. But once he returned with the information with the offer, not once did he speak to us while making eye contact, instead he just saw down and spoke to us while looking down at his phone. If this is the type of service they elect to provide and stand by; this let’s you know the type of dealership they are and you can clearly tell that their business is slow compared to other dealerships.

I had an appointment for my car. I dropped it off on a Friday and it sat there all week. No call. No communication. I picked it up yesterday (one full week later) and without even as much as an apology or explanation. Nothing was done! I missed work for this. No loaner car was offered and the problem with my car is due to a recall. It honestly angers me knowing they get to do this with no consequences. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks for an appointment with Lakeland Hyundai and pray I don’t have the same experience. Communication goes a long way. It allows people to adjust. It’s the least a service center can do when they have your vehicle.(The two older ladies ahead of me were also cursing and complaining for essentially the same thing. They left without their car. SMH)

Made a service appointment after explaining my car just turned over 30,000 miles and that I’d like list of recommended maintenance procedures to be done. Appointment made for full synthetic oil change, estimate $120.00. Arrived at 2:10 for 2:30 appointment, was in line with four cars ahead. Found cars were unoccupied, so walked up to service area, no one in sight. Finally saw provider who confirmed appointment for full synthetic oil change. 2 1/2 hours later, young lady hurried me to cashier announcing bill was $53.81. When questioned she said they had done synthetic blend not full synthetic, no explanation, no offer to correct, no review of possible needed procedures, no explanation of recall service performed and noted, just sort of hustled me to pay the bill. This used to be wonderful service, but I’ll not be back.

horrible expirirence with service department. no communication skills. had to call them each time i wanted an update and got a voicemail half the time. they kept my car for 12 days. 12 days and $907.55 for: flushing brake line, changing out ac discharge hose, replacing brake guide pins, and flushing/recharging freon. feels like a terrible scam. quoted me 1400 to replace an axle, will be doing it locally for 360.

I brought my 2011 Equus into the service department two weeks ago. Have been trying in vain to get someone, anyone, just to let me know what is going on with the car and when they think it will be ready. Looking at my call logs, over the past week, I have made eleven calls to the service department - no luck. I asked to speak to a manager and the service manager - went to voicemail and no returned calls. They also don't leave their names on the voicemail greetings and that's a little flaky. Sadly, I will not be using this dealership in the future - they apparently don't know how to operate a telephone.

I bought my Tucson from this dealership in 2019. I've taken it there for every service on time. About 8 weeks ago, I took it for a regular service and told them there was a ticking sound in the engine. Also, a sound that seemed to be exhaust as it was a loud humming sound. They gave my car back with a comment about needing to have the tires aligned but they couldn't reproduce the sounds I was hearing. I took it back the following week with the same complaint. They changed the alternator and the Tensioner belt. I took it back again the following week still no answers regarding the noise I was hearing. Then, as I was accelerating on the highway, it sounded like something broke and the car would only go about 30 miles per hour. I 'limped' in to the dealership and left my car. They were able to give me a loaner to drive but have yet to tell me what happened except that they're replacing the engine. I have had no other communication with them. They've had my car for 3 weeks.
