Called for the service department three times to get someone on the phone. Just for this "Service department Supervisor" to tell my wife he didn't know what any of the check engine code she was giving him. If I could give a negative zero stars I would. How are you a so called "supervisor" but don't know your job. Meanwhile my wife vehicle was not moving while on drive after she pumped gas. I understand you might be busy but take time to listen or act like you care? Where has customer service gone to these days? He was in a rush to get off the phone I hope nothing happens to the car. BTW they didn't have availability until after Halloween. But my wife uses her car to go to work and bring our kids to school. But I guess that's not a big deal that the car wasn't moving on park.

The team at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven went far and above any expectations and service I have ever received from a Dealership. I didn't think it was going to be possible to get into a brand-new Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid due to my credit and Chico in the Finance office made it happen with minimum money down. There was no mark up on MSRP which most dealerships are marking these trucks up 8-10K due to the demand. I got the welcome call from the finance company today and I love the truck very much as well as the 43 mpg. I also delt with a sales rep named Manuel and he was really great and professional. If you are in need of a vehicle for a reasonable price, have back credit, and think it is impossible Chico in Finance may be able to surprise you. Thank you, Chico and Manuel, for all your help and going the extra mile here. You have made me one very happy customer!

I have came back to Winter Haven Ford to purchase another vehicle for good reason. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. Ron and Tim provided probably the BEST experience that I have ever had at any other dealership. Ron was professional and easy to work with. He approached me upon arrival, asked me what I was interested in, shown me the available inventory, and simply provided answers to any and all of my questions. Never tried to force sales or put me in a vehicle other than what I specifically asked for. Tim provided the quickest work of the finances and final signing, keeping value and cost in mind. I have never been to a dealership and drove away in a new vehicle that quick....and most importantly HAPPY! Thanks again, I will definitely be back when its time to purchase another vehicle. Until then, we will fully enjoy our 2023 Ford Bronco Sport!!

I scheduled my RV to have an oil change at their RV and truck service center. My RV has a Chevy workhorse engine, but that didn't affect taking it to this Ford dealer. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly and completed the oil change in less time than estimated. After I drove home I checked the oil level and saw that too much oil had been added. I called the office and described the problem and spoke with Chuck. I explained that I did not want to drive back to have the oil level corrected because it might damage the engine. He Completely understood and sent A mobile tech within two hours to correct the problem. The service tech that showed up was the most friendly, professional and competent service tech I've ever run into. He spoke very highly of the dealership and completed his task quickly and even apologized for the inconvenience that I went through. I am thoroughly impressed with this RV truck service center.

I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. The lounge was very comfortable with tv, coffee and even donuts. Now, we did wait around 2 hours but since we waited longer than we should have, we were told that there would be no charge for the service. That was without me saying anything.

We travel around the eastern US and have had service performed at various Ford Dealerships. Our experience has proved that overall, Ford has upped their game on regular service with easy in/out oil changes, tire service and quality point checks. The Techs are well trained and informative also. These factors keep us loyal to Ford dealers when it comes to the longevity of our vehicle.

I brought my car in for a repair and was quoted a price for the repair I specifically asked for the total amount and was told 1000.00 out the door when my wife picked up the vehicle they added an additional 20$ to the total, if they tell you an out the door price that is what it should be!!! I am also not happy with the smart mouth on the service writer ! I will never use them for anything else that I promise you!!!Only sorry I could not give a 0 rating!!!

The people answering the phones in the service department are rude. Not to mention if you are on hold for more the 30 mins it hangs up on you. They said they needed my car for a week, it was ready in 9 days. When i picked the car up it was not fixed so i had to bring it back. The issue was a wire wasn't plugged in. So I really have no faith that they actually did what i paid for...

Fantastic experience. We worked online beforehand with Chuck who did a great job. This was completely hassle free, zero issues, and on our timeline. We arrived to our new car ready to go. All of the paperwork was prepared in advance. The dealership was clean and all of the staff were very friendly. We worked with Carlos in financing who made some great recommendations to protect our investment. We will be buying from Jarrett-Gordon Ford again and you should too if you want an easy process. Thank you Jarrett-Gordon Ford we love our new car!

I tried making an appointment over the phone because my car's check engine light came on with a little wrench. I was told by another mechanic that I had to bring it to a dealership because it wasn't something that they could fix. I was told that they don't do appointments and to just bring in my car and they would get to it when they were ready. I brought my car in today and I was told that I needed to make an appointment but the person that I had to make the appointment with was out to lunch and would be back in an hour. I gave my information and left. I never got a call from the person. This is really bad customer service. The garage was empty except for a few cars. It seems like they don't want to work.

I used the moble service they offered today. This was so easy and a time saver. I made an appointment for my recall and had my oil changed and tires rotated. Alex the tech explained the recall problem fixed it in no time and was done with everything before you knew it. Thanks Alicia and Alex for making it so easy. I definitely will use this service again.

Jarret-Gordon Ford Winterhaven was a great location to make my trade-in/ new truck buying experience simple and stress free. My sale rep Victoria was amazing to work with even though I asked her to test drive multiple vehicles, she happily helped and had my best interest in hand never pressing me to make a deal! This location also had the lowest prices in my area that I researched for new trucks with all that I looked at being right on the MSRP level. Lastly, Victoria was also a huge help post sale in personally finding my garage door opener I left in my traded in vehicle a week after my purchase and got me scheduled to correct a very minor scratch that I found on my truck at no cost to me. She made my experience and I highly recommend working with her if you are thinking about a new vehicle at this location.

I have to say the wait for our new Wildtrak Bronco was a testy one; and due to conditions beyond the dealers control. I am glad that the sales team at Jarrett-Gordon was there to give us the support for waiting. Of course there was nothing they could have done to expedite the build process of our new truck.The wait was well worth it. Happy customer when we got the call from Chuck Watson that our Bronco arrived at the dealership for pickup.ASAP. after routine dealer prep. "SMILES"!
