Michelle may be a phlebotomist by career but she is an angel in person.I made my appointment for 8:30, showed up early at 7:30 since it was my first time here, Michelle called for me five minutes later and I was out the door in a total of 10 minutes. This Quest Diagnostics location exceeded my expectations with their service and professionalism.

If I could score lower I would. I have been in this building for almost an hour there was 6 people here when arriving, now there is 10 and my name is at the bottom of the list. The don't have enough staff right now to even have 2 nurses or doctors in there.

Check-in process was very quick and Amy Torres has the best customer service I have ever received from a lab.

Staff is nice but extremely slow. If you don't have an appointment be prepared to loose your whole day here. I had an appointment and was waiting for 3hrs. At a point there was 4 people in the office and no one was being called its very frustrating when you have to be fasting ,feeling dizzy and nothings is moving along.

I have gone twice to this location and I will tell you that I was not disappointed in the lease both times! I do recommend that you make an appointment online so that you are seen on time. However, they do take walk-ins although you will have to wait for a little while. Today I was seen by Penny and she was absolutely amazing! She has patience and kindness, and I must say she definitely knows what she is doing! Thank you!

I came as a walk-in and was treated by Jameshia. I had the best experience ever and I have been coming to Quest for years. Jameshia was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole appointment. Can't thank her enough. She made me feel less nervous about my long list of test.

I've never had a bad experience here. I live closer to the Quest in Davenport but that place is run by some militant man that shouldn't be dealing with the public and I have had two awful experience with them.They are always very kind and patient at the Winter Haven office. They are always professional and courteous. I really appreciate the way I get treated at the Winter Haven location.Thank you!

Literally 0 people being serviced and I have been sitting here for an hour: I have checked in and jumped through all their little hoops, they continue to let me sit here even though I am the ONLY PERSON CHECKED IN AND HERE!!!! They have a monitor clearing showing I’m checked in and they are currently serving 0 patients. Lazy staff just don’t want to get up and work!!!

Wow, one of the best visits I can never say I had to have my blood taken!!! Nikki was awesome, so sweet, and she did it so fast I didn't even feel it. It's always beneficial to have health care providers that are friendly and kind.

I called to speak to someone at the billing department . The lady that I spoke to was very rude she hang up on me. I hope they take action against her.

Avoid going to this lab without an appointment.. I waited over an hour only to be told they were not taking anymore walk-ins, I was advised to go to Lakeland .. when I arrived they told me they weren’t taking walk-ins .. if you make an appointment the process is great !
