so i went to publix today and even tho they close at 10 i got there at like 9:30 (i felt so bad) but anyways i got there and started ordering my sub at the deli section and this lovelyyyyyy lady named iryna (i hope i spelt it right) was still so nice and sweet and she made my sub so perfectly and even tho it was near closing time she still treated me with great hospitality and made good conversation and overall just a great experience #giveheraraise she really emphasized the “where shopping is a pleasure” slogan. 20/10 experience. love her and publix??

The only reason this is getting a 1 star is because it will not give u anything less, the deli department really suck the staff are rude lazy and have no customer service at all they at like its a big deal to actually do their job, when making online orders they are never made on time and when questioned about whats taking so long they say they were swamped and the deli department didnt have anyone in the lines. I asked them what was taking so long after waiting 25 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and they said i should have ordered so much. Mind you i waited over an hour for a freaking sub that looked like the picture below. This is the the absolute worst publix in polk county. Ill be glad when they tear it down. I have tried going to the manager to have this matter taken care and you see what i ended up with. Great service
