We had to switch from CVS because they stopped taking our insurance. It is always a hassle getting meds on time. They take several days to fill, even if you call and ask they will say a few hours but never fill the prescription. I have had this happen almost every month. My sons monthly medication is rarely available for refil and associates are very rude telling you yo buy equivalent otc or find another pharmacy. These folks must be extremely unhappy e their jobs or shirt staffed and overworked because they have never been friendly. Other pharmacies are so far out of the way but it might be time for a switch.

The staff is friendly enough, but prescriptions are rarely ready when promised--many not even days later. This has happened with the last five prescriptions my family has had filled at this location. I've now begun using CVS for my Rx's. Shopping is NOT a pleasure at this location.

This is the 3rd time I’ve placed an online order for sliced Deli meat and they don’t have the product I ordered online. Another wasted visit. No phone call before pick up either. It’s ridiculous that almost ALL other retailers can show what they have in stock but Publix can’t. If you KNOW that items are not available then don’t allow online orders for them.

Staff are very friendly, but never have refills ready. Every time I go to pick up a refill, whether I called it in that day or 3 days prior,, the answer is always "oh we're working on it, give us 10-15 more minutes." And 30 minutes later it still won't be ready. They are also continuously out of 2 particular medical products needed by my family. After a year of dealing with this, I'm moving all of our Rx to Walgreens.

worst Publix in the area! they are constantly out of the simplest items and the deli is a disaster CONSTANTLY !!! I spoke to a manager about it and he started approaching the deli, I turned to continue shopping but then looked back, as soon as he saw I was walking away he walked away from the deli. This store S-U-C-K-S

This pharmacy has gotten terrible put in a refill for important meds 4 days later call to see if your meds are ready and get told give us an hour we've been busy and I understand that but 4 days without meds you are told you can't just stop taking because it is dangerous and I personally value my life a little more than a pharmacy I have used for 15 years

Yesterday I ran into a problem and called this Publix for help. When I called , I was passed to the store manager Dorothy Parker. She went above and beyond to help me and I am so appreciative of her and her staff!!!. Thank you again Dorthy for all your help!!

The pharmacy mostly has nice people including the pharmacist but one of the pharmacy associates (not giving name) was very rude. After I gave last name she said last name again in a rude tone. She needs to have her hearing checked. But other than that, it's a good pharmacy.
