Customer service is absolutely horrible. They canceled one of my prescriptions by mistake, undoing the pharma and insurance approvals, causing the copay to skyrocket. They were aware of the mistake, apologized for it, but claimed they could not revert it. If the patient was someone with a chronic illness, an apology, and reach your physician next Monday, it won't work. You have to develop proper procedures when this happens and be accountable.

Absolutely horrible. I take a medication that helps me not be in severe stomach pain so I can eat, and I have to fill it often, and the pharmacist has refused multiple times to refill my prescription, so I have to be sick and be unable to eat. Go to a more respectable pharmacy.

When someone orders pick up hours ahead of time for a certain time, one would assume it be ready for you when you get there. Traffic was bad so when my husband got there he was 7mins late and felt bad. Went up there and thought someone took his pick up order. Nope, wasn’t ready. The order was for 6:05 it’s now almost 6:50. I was sad that not all customers had masks on. It does not seem fair to your staff or to the rest of us who are trying to be safe. I believe that all Publix stores should make it mandatory.

I feel sad for the nice people who work at this store! I ran in early this morning, double-masked and gloved. About 20% of customers were UN-masked, and 2 employees had their masks under their chins chit-chatting with customers! They removed the one-way directional arrows ages ago, and now part of the check-out shields are gone. They have one tiny square of plexi at check-out! It looks like the carts are still being wiped down but no evidence of any other additional cleaning. This store does NOT even offer curbside pick-up, or cart.

@Publix . Your quality is going down consistently. Particularly at the locations in Winter Haven, Fl. Often I bring groceries home and items are expired, or even rotten inside the bag, recently: produce, fruit, vegetables. Now, your pricing has become uncompetitive. Milk @ $4 ??

Dropped off John's prescription at 1pm, after surgery. Pharmacy tech checked with pharmacist and then told us it would be ready at 3pm. Went to publix at 4:30pm. Prescription still not ready. Not even filled. So after surgery, we had to wait around for prescription to be filled...finally got them at 5 pm
