My power button didn't work on my galaxy phone. Took it in to see if they could fix it. Keilyn greeted me the moment I walked in. She told me a couple of hours to come back and it should be done. Sure enough it was ready, again friendly greetings. I will definitely come back for my repair needs and will let others know about this place. Thanks again Phone Spot

I would've posted the before picture but I was so mad at how bad the crack was after I placed the phone in my pocket. My first time dealing with PhoneSpot after reading the reviews on Google. I stopped by the store to get the quote and have the external screen ordered. I followed through with them a couple days later to check on the status. I was told they had received the replacement screen however it was defective so they had to reorder a better one. I'm glad they were very professional about it and that they want to provide exceptional quality. So when the screen arrived I stopped by quickly, it was roughly 3pm. I was told that the tech would need about 2-3 hours for repair. By 5pm I got a text that my repair was made and phone was ready for pickup. I'm very pleased with the quickness and the quality work. Thanks a bunch PhoneSpot!!!!

I recently had a screen repaired for an iphone 11. In less than a week the screen was cracked again. I brought the phone back to the store where the lady up front told me they were switching suppliers due to this happening to other customers. I had the receipt with a 30 day warranty, but apparently none of that applied. Instead, they offered a discounted rate to fix the screen again. Definitely disappointed in the quality of the repair and the customer service.

This my second experience coming here to PhoneSpot Keilyn and Yari are always so kind and helpful at the counter and Eli their repair technician is awesome. Eli changed out my battery in less than hour the first time and today he replaced the back glass, camera lens and battery on my sons phone in just a couple of hours.
