2545 7th St SW, Winter HavenI go there at least twice a week. Love them. The only thing that bothers me is, if I can't get there on Sunday when the truck comes then there's never any cat food. I understand the people that feed the feral cats started going there and they buy up all the cat food . Personally I don't think it's fair to the loyal customers that come all the time. Just my opinion. Otherwise this place is absolutely a perfect gem.

She talked to me and looked at a picture of how I wanted my pup to be groomed. I was pleasantly surprised at what a Great job Tammy did with my Clover. She smelled wonderful and her hair cut was Great. Tammy had put a green bow on her head and a St. Patrick bandana on her. Tammy told me if After I got her home if Anything wasn't the way I liked it to call and bring Clover back. The prices were more than reasonable as well. Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After the old owner passed away my husband went to many different chiropractor's and they just did not compare and help with the headaches. One day I was looking for a new chiropractor for my husband and realized someone had purchased the office. They got my husband in right away when I called. Today he went for his second visit and he always comes home feeling so much better and his headache is gone. We will continue to use them for as long as possible! You will not be disappointed!

DVM Erzell is very smart and can answer any questions you have, you can tell she’s been doing this for a long time and has great experience, just by looking at my kittens eyes, she could tell me that he had cataracts due to his mother having a respiratory infection while she was pregnant with him. I only rate it 4 stars though because one time my kitten was under weight but also had worms so they told me to give him no dry food and only wet food (along with medication) and then the next week he lost half a pound and they were like no definitely give him dry food and feed him more you’re feeding him too little. But it could have been a miscommunication. Other than that the staff is very friendly.

In contrast, my other bartender on weekends provides exceptional service. However, I acknowledge that my decision to visit during the week may have contributed to this situation.

Parking is pretty limited but there is other street parking nearby. If it's a nice day, you want to be outside overlooking the water. So peaceful and restorative. Service was great. Felt like a locals spot so we were happy to be included. I had the shrimp po boy which I rate as good. More breading than I prefer but good shrimp and the tots that came with it were great. A nice stop on a beautiful day!

As our kids grew up, and our older pets passed away, we weren't sure we'd get another pet. But, we went to Brenda's and visited with the puppies and dogs, and were very impressed with their temperaments, playfulness, sweetness, and intelligence. We were amazed at how calm the puppies were, and knew that was the kind of pet we wanted. Our Casita from the Encanto litter is a well-behaved one-year-old, and is good with our elderly parents, as well as our small grandchildren. We know that the environment in which Brenda raises them is the reason they are such healthy, happy puppies, and all we have to do is continue with the love!

But we wanted the best for the baby kitten.My husband, daughter and I went in after making the call to the humane society, that he was injured and super tiny but ABSOLUTELY beautiful.We were greeted at the entrance, asked to wait, given a basic medical report from an exam the kittens had almost immediately. Our family was given the option to adopt him first, or foster him.The Polk County Humane Society was patient and took in all the information that we could provide them, the staff were professional and genuine.We felt comfortable leaving him in their hands.Appreciate Polk County Humane Society.Osuna Family
