Disappointing Experience at PCA Winter Haven**
I recently worked PCA Winter Haven with high expectations, but my experience was quite disappointing. The following issues stood out to me:
1. **Poor Management**: I found the staff to be unhelpful and unresponsive. On multiple occasions, my questions were met with dismissive answers, and it felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously or just blatantly ignored.
2. **Facility Cleanliness**: The cleanliness of the facility was below par. Several areas, especially the restrooms, were poorly maintained and not up to standard.
3. **Work Life Balance**: You will work 12 hours a day everyday until number goals are met. You get two 10 minute breaks and a 20 for lunch. If you are new to the company, you’ll be treated like a visitor until they decide to get rid of you. There is no work life balance. There is no training program. You will learn how to keep up and get terrible training from coworkers instead of actual trainers or you will struggle until you get reprimanded. You will work long hours in a non central cooled facility. You will be drenched in sweat your entire shift or shifts. You will not get recognized for your efforts. You will be secondary to employees who have been there longer than you.
4. **Overall Experience**: Given the reputation of PCA Winter Haven, I was expecting a much higher standard of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the good pay and occasional free lunches, this company needs to revamp their employee culture and definitely get rid of the current management. It seems like they are a bunch of friends in control of an old, poorly kept facility with no intentions on making it better.
I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the services and overall experience for future employees.

Delivered paper rolls. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Not the easiest place to get to the dock, too many trailers parked on the lot

First time here delivering roll stock and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the guys I ran into were cool and showed me where to go, then the unloading was done by the time it took me to do my paperwork. All in all, smooth.

The loading is great and fast but driver are treated like animals not been able to use a clean restroom like humans. This is our accommodations before heading out to deliver your load. Not cool Coke not cool.We know you have the money. We are not dogs. By the way I've seen them treated so much better.

They say by appointment only and give you an appointment but make you wait two hours before you get unloaded told me to be here at 5and would not unload tell 7am

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE TRASH!! Managers did not know how any of the machines ran. They where suppost to train you too. If you did not go out drinking with management you would never move up
