This is THE place to get your nails done! Sophia is the nail tech who does my nails. She is friendly and does the best job. Since going to her never have i had a nail lift or fall off. I ? recommend this place. They are very friendly also!

I didn't like the pedicure at all. Very poor quality of work and employees with bitter faces. I do not recommend it.

I arrived at the nail salon, and there were no other people having their nails done. The technician was very rushed, she did a terrible job on my nails. She did not shape them like I asked I had her redo them twice, half of my nail is not painted Along the edges where they should be, I have two cut cuticles and was bleeding, and she was a very pushy rushed nail technician. This is my first and last trip there. Would someone please put a nail salon in the Auburndale Winter Haven area with decent technicians that give a crap about how they do your nails. It's too expensive to have such crappy workmanship.

Amazing little place, they really treated me well and did such a beautiful job on the pedicure.Good people, prices competitive.While doing my pedicure I never muttered ouch, like many other places who rush through to get done. Wonderful place. Love the attention to detail and service.

Huge mistake! Went here since my regular nail tech is on vacation. My daughter asked for a powder dip and an eyebrow wax before school started back. She was told she could only get acrylic with tips since her nails were "to short". Her eyebrows were extremely swollen and red, so I gave them 24 hours. It's been 28 hours and she has 3rd degree burns on her eyelids and above her eyebrows. Great way to start a new school year, and I paid for this. Her fingers are bloody all around from excessive filing. I will never step foot in this place again.

Worst place she burned my toe twice with the nail drill and my finger my nails honestly look like shit my toes look horrible my 3 year old could have painted them a hell of a lot better then she did. I don't recommend I'm disgusted

Worst pedicure ever. I paid $50 for a half done job. The lady doing my toes couldn’t cut my toe nails I cut them myself. She kept cutting my skin and my toes were burning by the time she was done. Horrible experience I will never come here again.Service: Pedicure

Don't do business with them, tried them for 5 yrs, and they've gotten to comfortable like we need them. Don't!!!!! Spend ur money there. You would think after 5 yrs whatever they need to fix wouldn't be an issue. Well it was for the 1st time and I'm done!! World Traveler, not from Winter Heaven boo!!Don't make me protest ur business, cause I will!!!! A business woman here. Peter, the husband is great, but that greedy wife not so much!

I came in around 5 wanted a black French tip and toes. A lady did my nails and she was clearly focused on speed not quality but failed on the speed in the end because there was dust under the gel and it started bubbling (she tried to tell me it’s my fault I hit THEM ALL). The man who did my pedicure tried to clean up the nail mess but as u see they are lumpy with no apex over filled sides flooded cuticles and the paint job is rough. I paid to much $85 and I ended up staying longer than expected due to their mistakes. I still tipped though it all bothered me and I won’t be back.Service: Acrylic nails

From the moment I walked in I felt rushed. I came in for a pedicure paid $50 ( which did not match the price chart) the gel polish was overlapping my skin before I made it home all of my gel polish fell completely off my toes. This has been a horrible experience I will not be returning!!

Doesn’t have a clear understanding of what natural means and tries to explain why she doesn’t give you what you requested. I clearly stated for eyelash extensions with a natural look and was given whatever you wanted. If you didn’t comprehend what was requested you should have gotten clarification. Now you giving excuses.
