Place is sketchy from all the homeless on top of that they got some red head hood rat who threw my mom’s change back at her because she didn’t have her id for cigarettes and was annoyed. Regardless of the situation you don’t throw change at the elderly. Won’t come to this Murphys no more…

I did not have a good experience tonight. I waited in line to turn in a scratch off ticket and was told that it couldn't be turned in because I'm under the age of 21. In the state of Florida, the law is 18 and older to play the lottery. I told the employee this, and he still refuses. So I walked outside, and I pulled up the correct information on my phone and walked back inside so I could show him. When I walked back inside, he walked away from me for a while and when he came back he had a paper. The paper stated 21 and up for the purchase of alcohol, tabbaco, and vape products (nothing about lottery or scratch off tickets). So I read the paper back to him telling him that it wasn't relevant to the situation and showed him the article on my phone stating that Florida law is 18 and older. He still refused me and seemed upset that he was in the wrong. So I had no other choice but to drive to a different store to turn it in. It seems unfair to punish a customer because you don't understand the law and won't accept when you're wrong. This happened around 7:00 pm on 10/26/23.

This place is unsafe. They allow a homeless camp to stay in place here. The homeless are often panhandling and using the ice bag machine as their refrigerator. Wanna buy that ice for your kids birthday party?

What’s up with the constant homeless/possible drug dealers that are always at this location? Theres one guys who is always there trying to talk to people. One just tried to sell me a random cooler. Someone on a higher level needs to monitor this place. It’s getting out of hand and I don’t feel safe going there alone or with my kids. Also, check behind the dumpster area. I always see people going in and out of that area.On a positive note, the staff is always nice.

Horrible Customer Service from the front counter staff. They will hide behind the counter or just ignore you. Individuals like this are too miserable to even be productive at a place of employment! Save yourself from they say they don’t restock items, whatever they have are what’s currently displayed on the shelf’s, avoid this location at all cost! Lazy, unprofessional, ignorant workers!

The prices here are actually okay it's the attitude you get from the cashier's. Like I promise I walked in, waited for the lady to get ready, she act like she didn't want to get the product, had headphones in, and looked upset when I asked for a receipt. I wasn't trying to make you mad I was trying to buy a vape. I'm sorry!!
