I worked with Will and Shelby took care of me so well that I ended up with a tablet and a watch while saving money by switching over. This staff is the most accommodating and kind I have ever met at any phone store. 10/10 would recommend coming here over any other location!!”

“Ray Remos, Store Manager at Verizon in Winter Haven provides Customer Service that is "Top-Notch". He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, reassuring and helpful and so polite. He made sure that we were completely happy with our new purchase. He explained everything in detail and assured us that if we have any additional questions, he would be happy to further assist us. “This is not a corporate Verizon store However it is an exceptionally good store The employees are very friendly they go the extra mile without making you feel like you are taking up their time I'm big on customer service and I consider this a plus They open door and greet the customers at the door and when it's time to leave they open the door again for the customer.”
“My iPad 8th gen quit charging. They spent 15 or so minutes cleaning and checking out the charging port. Said the port was bad and needed to be replaced:cost $139. BUT he told me I’d be far ahead to upgrade, even to just a 9th gen, which I could buy on Amazon for $249. Said that way I’d have a new battery, etc. So that’s what I did. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostics or his time. I really appreciated that he didn’t just go ahead and replace port to make some money. If I ever have tech issues again I will definitely go back there.”

“Finally a good experience with a cricket store! I didn't catch her name, but the manager was amazing. She was helpful, quick, and above all, respectful. Pretty much every other time we've been to cricket it was a bad experience with bad attitudes but she made it so easy. We got a new phone, at a price lower than she originally quoted, in under half an hour. No pressure or attitude.If you've ever had issue with this location I recommend giving it another shot.”
