Very friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable. I bought a Samsung on Amazon, and they noticed it was a knockoff, so I bought one from them and returned the one I walked in with.

They sold me a junk phone. Didn't tell me there's no sd card. Ran out of memory after 3 days of use. Don't buy a Motorola g- play.......

When calling metro, I found they were more helpful than my local store. They also helped me to find a new store that is very helpful. I was also able to change my plan and take advantage of some promotional they have going on now. I would recommend them. ?

Jaden, and Luis are very knowledgeable and professional. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I've never had an experience like this with metropcs. These two gentleman deserve to be recognized for their work ethics. I appreciate both of them. They were extremely helpful. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the great work.

Jaden and Luis the RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES did a pretty good job overall. Jaden definitely knows his stuff and is VERY knowledgeable. I would even go as far as to say that Jaden deserves to be associate or even manager of the store. He's that great at what he does! Even though these retail jobs as a manager don't pay well and require alot of work where you don't even feel like a manager. I worked at AT&T for YEARS (trust me I know). Kudos to both RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES!! I just became a customer with Metro after being with Cricket for 3 years and am not going back!!

VERY HELPFUL? I had a problem with my tablet glitching, and the employee checked it, and found had a problem causing app installed, an electric wallpaper app. Heuninstalled it and a water wallpaper app, and my tablet is working like it should now.
