I went today at 5:20 PM since my line is suspended and I tried to make the payment, but it didn't allow me. I called, and they told me I had to go in person to an office. When I got there, the response was that they were about to close at 6 PM and they no longer had a system to try online, and that I should come back tomorrow. What terrible service.

I was going to just let it go but after confirming my total with another store i have to say something, over $40 extra paid and on a plan i did not want but when i called metro directly they confirmed the plan was available with less out of pocket cost. Went back to only get half my money back and find out he scamming people for extra money. CALL DIRECTLY DONT GO TO AUTHORIZED RETAILERS! I knew something was off when he gave me the business card and told me to “ONLY CONTACT ME” to make changes, pin wasn’t provided either or plan explanation. Card was given at location on it and he wrote that name as his i dont know if thats even him.
