“Fantastic service and products, ten stars! I phoned Garrett's last weeekend looking for a new walker (with wheels and seat) for a family member. We were interested in "trying out" a particular brand/model that was not in stock. They offered to order it, and when recieved, if we preferred another brand/model we would not need to purchase the one ordered. Well Shannon and starr were amazing. We ended up purchasing a more light-weight model that was also very sturdy, attractive, and easy to fold/unfold. We so appreciated their flexibility and willingness to adjust the "fit" of our purchase, to maximize safety and easeof use. We purchased many medical devices and supplies from Garretts several decades ago for another family member. When you or your family suddenly need a new device, they have the education and training to explain how to use them, "size" it for your loved one, and point out benefits/limitations of various models for your particular situation.
