I’ve used this facility location on two separate occasions and I’m here to vouch for this business! Customer service is top notch! Very professional management team! Prices are cheaper than the other storage facilities in the area! Mrs. April is the best! Thank you for everything!

This is a horrible storage facility, I offered to pay what I owe they told me they threw all my stuff away, a year later they auctioned my entire unit. they never got in touch with me or answered any of my emails, they are liars and criminals I encourage everyone to be cautious of these very rude people. I had paid for the unit for over five years and over night they just rip me off, I feel like want to cry.

I have rented a storage with lakeside storage for 15 years . Always have had nothing but great and professional customer service. And if I ever need another storage I will come back. Thanks again April you're the best! Be Blessed

Says it’s 24 hours, but at 10pm the gates close . When I opened the storage unit it was infested with water bugs and roaches, it was disgusting. The side walls in the units do not go to the ceiling so whatever rodents insects the neighboring unit has will infest your belongings. I didn’t even move in. I canceled the unit and was not even offered a full refund . Terrible customer service and storage quality.

Good luck trying to get on waiting list off their website. It's back to 3rd grade trying to figure out image verification via grainy photos just to make sure you're not a bother ?.
