I call and call can't ever get anyone on the phone! It's always leave a message I have they never return your call. Now I call back this morning suppose to be open recording says closed . But website says open. Def need better buisness operations

Just found out this pharmacy is filling medications under my Daughter's name as fraud! We live 2 hours away from this pharmacy and the clinic they are contracting with are committing fraud as well! The clinic is Continuous Care Center in Oakland Park. The pharmacy employee who answers the phone is very rude and will not put the pharmacist on the phone to clear it up. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this pharmacy or clinic to anyone ! Should have had a spot for no STARS!!!

This used to be a good, small independent pharmacy that did deliveries every day, except weekends. It was taken over by a corporation that only cares about money. They cut deliveries down to one day per week, per person— or else you have to pay extra. They have too many people working there and they don’t know what they are doing . They are younger people, who have an attitude. They tell you off on the phone (Danielle). They screw up your orders. I had to switch to another pharmacy. I have mental health problems. They don’t understand and wanted to discriminate against me by dropping me as a customer. I tried to get information about who to make a complaint with, but I was told by the people who work here that the owner doesn’t care about your complaints.

My 74yr old friend had a uti and her Dr called her med into here so they could deliver it asap! However that was 6 days ago and they're closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday! My friend doesn't drive and her daughter works so she was trying to find the place and had called them but she was 2 minutes late and they closed and was gone when she got there!!! They should have could have called!!

They are very nice. They go out of their way to help you. They fill your prescriptions quickly. They will deliver to your home totally for free. Glad I changed from one of the larger pharmacy chains. I get specialized treatment here.
