Great selection and friendly staff. Probably an isolated occurrence but slow in responding to what seemed to be a very minor problem with most recent issue, IMHO. In the past, it has been great to work with them.

I had a trailer hitch and wiring installed by JC's on my new Telluride. I can't say enough good things about Jonathan at JC's. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He even saved me a trip to the KIA dealership by diagnosing a minor issue with the car. The world needs more people like Jonathan and JC's is a clean and friendly place. My wife thought the ladies room was spotless!

We JC's in the past but more recently had them install a front & rear video camera in our vehicle. They were very careful to place the camera's where we wanted them along with taking care to not have any wires showing. We are happy with the end result & would recommend them.

I have had 2 trucks worked on here. The only issue I had was with my last visit, I had a bed liner dropped into a brand new truck and unfortunately the plastic on the top edge of the truck bed received a lot of unnecessary scratches. Otherwise I have enjoyed working with this group.

I dropped off a glass door to get tinted for one of our tractors, waiting on them to call to say it's done.What number did you call? I got no voice mail, no calls at all that day from anyone. It's no big deal, but at least I know it is readyand I will be over in the morning.
