I purchased a lift and tires from JC,s they told me after a couple thousand miles my jeep may start pulling to the left so I could take it to Firestone and have the alignment done at no charge well it did start pulling to the left but when I called them to schedule a alignment they said it had been more than 30 days since the lift and tire purchase so they wouldn’t cover the cost I spent almost $7000. Dollars with JC,s customs they lied Don’t use this company go somewhere else they are not trustworthy!

I have gone back and forth about posting anything... I know that they are highly reputable.I have friends that are personal friends with them. I dealt with the owner personally. I had my tent done three times. I cannot help every single time that I wash my car, that I see bubbles more bubbles... Yes, I got my money refunded, but I have a now. One year old car that has bubbles everywhere in my tent of which are on the back that I cannot remove because of the defroster. I traveled from lakeland to and from, which was an hour, total round trip... Each time I went out and then had to wait the whole entire day.... Which would not have been a problem. However, there are bubbles in every single window on my car. He refunded me for any elantra... I have a sonata. The owner was the one that checked me in and registered My car to begin with

Customer Service oriented. They really take pride in their work and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great professional ethics. They care bout the customer, not just maximizing profit. Sound quality is great. I'm extremely happy and would recommend JC's to anyone who has audio and/or customization needs.

I recently came in to get LED Headlight Bulbs for my car and the results were phenomenal. Top notch service, friendly staff, and most importantly the headlights are super bright. Thank you JC’s Customs for the excellent service and I will be coming back for all my Auto needs ??

Just took in my 4th vehicle to have the windows tinted. My Charger looks fantastic as I knew it would! The communication and customer service is definitely top notch! I thought maybe I would want the 15% tint on all the windows but they called me and told me it wouldn't be any different from what I had on there when I bought it. I just do not trust taking my vehicles anywhere else for this service and JC's never fails me. They always answer all of my questions and work with me on the scheduling. They removed the old tint and put on the new and my car looks great! Very happy! Once again!
Thank you all for your hard work and keeping in close contact with me! I will probably have another vehicle coming to you soon!

I am highly disappointed in the customer service I received today. I've had 5 of my Vehicles tinted there and my home also, and today i called with a warranty issue on one of my vehicles. I work in the citrus industry and the hours and day are very unpredictable. I was able to have the week of 7/8/24 off. I called and spoke with Sarah hoping I could be fitted in this week. I totally understand the week is booked but a good customer service would find a way to accommodate a five time customer. I guess I will have to take a day off and lose pay in order to get this issue taken care of.

I took an aluminum double bike rack there to get an idea of adding lights to the frame. I wanted to do this so other cars could see my vehicle when I had two E-Bikes on the back. I spoke with Jonathan,, showed him what my issue was, and he designed a wonderful system that would be professionally installed and look great. He could tell my disappointment in the cost and in how I wanted it completed right away. He suggested that I go purchase two magnetic lights on my own and put them on my bike rack since I had a trailer hitch and it was already prewired. I ask you, how many people will turn business away and suggest that you do something else? What an outstanding human being and what a great business to help the customer in doing what is right for them. I don’t think that you will find a more honest business to deal with than this one. A special thank you to Jonathan for his knowledge in helping me resolve my issue and he should be commended for a Job Well Done!
