This was the best car buying experience! Our sales person, Teri, helped us get the best deal out of all the dealerships we visited looking for my new Explorer. This dealership had professional staff that came outside to greet us... in the rain! Teri and the financial manager stayed after closing to help us gather the numbers we needed to make an informed decision. We found a similar vehicle at Bill Curry but the dealer fees were ridiculous making it $6k more. We walked out and called Teri. She started the paperwork while we drove back to Winter Haven and made the whole process painless. I would highly recommend this dealership and Teri for your vehicle needs.

Called for the service department three times to get someone on the phone. Just for this "Service department Supervisor" to tell my wife he didn't know what any of the check engine code she was giving him. If I could give a negative zero stars I would. How are you a so called "supervisor" but don't know your job. Meanwhile my wife vehicle was not moving while on drive after she pumped gas. I understand you might be busy but take time to listen or act like you care? Where has customer service gone to these days? He was in a rush to get off the phone I hope nothing happens to the car. BTW they didn't have availability until after Halloween. But my wife uses her car to go to work and bring our kids to school. But I guess that's not a big deal that the car wasn't moving on park.

The team at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven went far and above any expectations and service I have ever received from a Dealership. I didn't think it was going to be possible to get into a brand-new Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid due to my credit and Chico in the Finance office made it happen with minimum money down. There was no mark up on MSRP which most dealerships are marking these trucks up 8-10K due to the demand. I got the welcome call from the finance company today and I love the truck very much as well as the 43 mpg. I also delt with a sales rep named Manuel and he was really great and professional. If you are in need of a vehicle for a reasonable price, have back credit, and think it is impossible Chico in Finance may be able to surprise you. Thank you, Chico and Manuel, for all your help and going the extra mile here. You have made me one very happy customer!

Took my Chevy Silverado diesel there to get fixed, and they turned me away. Said they don't work on chevrolet's. And Robert was very rude to me as well. Will not recommend them.

I scheduled my RV to have an oil change at their RV and truck service center. My RV has a Chevy workhorse engine, but that didn't affect taking it to this Ford dealer. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly and completed the oil change in less time than estimated. After I drove home I checked the oil level and saw that too much oil had been added. I called the office and described the problem and spoke with Chuck. I explained that I did not want to drive back to have the oil level corrected because it might damage the engine. He Completely understood and sent A mobile tech within two hours to correct the problem. The service tech that showed up was the most friendly, professional and competent service tech I've ever run into. He spoke very highly of the dealership and completed his task quickly and even apologized for the inconvenience that I went through. I am thoroughly impressed with this RV truck service center.

I tried making an appointment over the phone because my car's check engine light came on with a little wrench. I was told by another mechanic that I had to bring it to a dealership because it wasn't something that they could fix. I was told that they don't do appointments and to just bring in my car and they would get to it when they were ready. I brought my car in today and I was told that I needed to make an appointment but the person that I had to make the appointment with was out to lunch and would be back in an hour. I gave my information and left. I never got a call from the person. This is really bad customer service. The garage was empty except for a few cars. It seems like they don't want to work.

Jarret-Gordon Ford Winterhaven was a great location to make my trade-in/ new truck buying experience simple and stress free. My sale rep Victoria was amazing to work with even though I asked her to test drive multiple vehicles, she happily helped and had my best interest in hand never pressing me to make a deal! This location also had the lowest prices in my area that I researched for new trucks with all that I looked at being right on the MSRP level. Lastly, Victoria was also a huge help post sale in personally finding my garage door opener I left in my traded in vehicle a week after my purchase and got me scheduled to correct a very minor scratch that I found on my truck at no cost to me. She made my experience and I highly recommend working with her if you are thinking about a new vehicle at this location.

Service dept. I made an appointment for 2 pm get there at 145 no one to check me in... Let me tell you that there where many individuals around but no one could help. So finally the advisor came in at 155 and checked me in, he knew I had an appointment I needed to get to. So I wait until 235 to go check why my vehicle had not be pulled in and he said that I still had 2 in front of me. I told him I needed to be out of there by 3 so he said that will not happen would you like to reschedule. I told him no I would not be back to that dealership. Question is why do I have an appointment if it really means 3. Its not like I showed up to quick lube with no appointment. Beware of you make an appointment at the service dept here, your appointment time is not really your appointment time, and there is no concern it's just ok by. I will never give someone my money that thinks it's ok to provide that kind of customer service

My wife brought her vehicle here for a recall. The lady she talked to in the service department was rude and very short. It is a Tuesday when we brought the vehicle up. She was advised to bring it up Monday with no further word on why. My wife had to proceed to ask many more questions to get info. I called later on talked some douche bag that had me on hold for 20 minutes to tell me no you can't make an appointment for a recall and you can bring the vehicle today but it will sit there till probably Monday. They also will not comp you a vehicle. This is Fords issue, not mine, why would my wife not get a vehicle? Anyways the douche bag was real short like the lady. I called the dealer in Lakeland and received a great experience. They explained that parts have to be ordered and took my number so the manager can call me back when the parts come in and schedule a reservation. I will ask my other questions when he calls. The customer service here is trash!

My vehicle had a stone dead battery and had to be towed to Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Winter Haven after the dealership had closed. The next day, I was provided complimentary ride to pick up my car. The technicians had to reset all electronics and the check engine functions. They even updated the correct time on the clock. This dealership service department goes above and beyond in my opinion.

Will never buy from here ever! This is my 2nd attempt reaching out to them regarding a vehicle and both times I've gotten kelwing as the internet specialist and kelwing ALWAYS ignores my emails, they will respond maybe one or 2 times but as soon as I try to schedule a test drive is when the communication stops. Definitely avoid at all costs unless you like being ignored

First time I went to J-G Ford I was looking for a used car they had advertised for sale. I couldn't find it. I searched out a salesperson (curiously none to be found on the used car lot, though the new car lot had an older skinny male who said he couldn't assist me) inside the building and inquired and he left and came back after 15 minutes and informed me the car wasn't on the lot ... because it hadn't passed an internal inspection. Second time I went here I approached a skinny older male on the new car lot and made an inquiry about a part for my Ford. He said the parts department was closed. I decided to double check. They were in fact open. I asked for a price quote and the man behind the counter gave me his "best guess". He also said the item wasn't in stock and he (again) gave me his best guess as to when it would show up if I ordered it. I mentioned I had worked in retail for many years when I was younger and never had to guess about the price or availability of a product. He shrugged. The third (and last) time I visited the dealership I needed to recover the keypad code and make a duplicate key for my Lincoln. The same skinny older male from the previous visits was wandering around the new car lot and locked eyes with me and then purposefully ignored me. I couldn't find any other sales person so I approached the receptionist. The general service manager said the service department was open till 3pm and I could check with them. I went to the department and they had closed early. I informed the GSM and he replied, "That happens when we are slow". I mentioned the receptionist said they were "busy today" to explain why I couldn't find any sales-people. He smirked. I asked if he could help me. "Did you buy the car at our dealership?" I replied, "No". "Give us a call on Monday and schedule an appointment". I replied, "I can't schedule an appointment with you?" "Nope." I asked if he could quote me a price. Again, a terse "Nope.". I called another Ford dealership. Got the same treatment, but over the phone. Though they didn't have to guess at any of the prices. They gave exact prices. Slightly lower than J-G Ford, but they wouldn't be able to help me till sometime "next week". I went home and found a solution to both of my issues with a few clicks on the internet. (use the search function on youtube). Saved myself time, hassle and lots of $$$$$. One last thing, I noticed Paula T gave a review and mentioned Chuck. I wasn't going to originally but felt she needed to be affirmed. He introduced himself as the internet sales manager. I assume he has the internet assignment as his interpersonal skills do the opposite of creating patronage. If you like poor service, this is where you should shop.
