After waiting over 4 hrs with only a set of vital signs done, we left. Just sitting in a room... The facility is beautiful, but the service is definitely lacking!

They just opened a gorgeous new facility and they probably hiked the prices to pay for it. They seemed to have forgotten to hire enough staff though. I witnessed some sad pets and parents waiting for hours. Do better VHA.

Staff was accommodating with scheduling my dogs and cats all at once. They were friendly and thorough with their exams. I went home with everything needed for my fur family. Prescription pricing was a little steep as compared to other veterinary clinics I've used.
