Keiona Haggins was a true professional and an absolutely pleasure to work with! In a day and time when so many realtors don’t provide the service you are accustomed to, it was very refreshing to work with Keiona! I was the Buyers agent for some buyers that bought one of her listings and she was very responsive to phone calls and texts, always available to help when needed and I was pivotal in getting the deal done. Honestly, I'm not sure where to start with the praise for Ben and how much he has helped us with the purchase of our new home. From our first contact when I reached out because I found his YouTube channel, he was very knowledgeable and factual about the Winter Haven area. It was clear he wasn't just trying to sell something...he truly wanted to educate and make sure we found the right fit for us.
We are in NC and moving to FL, so we needed Ben's help to navigate this process over that distance. He knew we were in town for a limited time to look at homes, and despite having been under the weather, he scheduled some showings for us because of our limited timeframe. Thankfully, we found the perfect home pretty quickly, and Ben also had all our inspections arranged and completed during the week we were in town. This made a world of difference in our confidence to proceed.
Ben did our walkthrough before closing virtually, and saved us another trip to Florida. And he even put his lockbox on the house so we could have contractors access it and do some minor work before we move in. He also offered to keep an eye on the home until we arrive in town.
Ben has earned our highest level of praise for going above and beyond for us. If you already live in the area, or are coming from out of state, rest assured you are in good hands with him. He has thoroughly impressed us throughout the process. We can recommend him without hesitation.

I had the opportunity to work with Ben on purchasing my first home in Polk City Florida words can't explain how wonderful my experience was and how understanding Ben can be with any situation. He worked with me and my husband with our hours, with our distance due to we were two hours away. I would recommend him to everyone I know. He was very professional and on point with any questions I had, again cannot express how wonderful my experience was buying my first home.

Keiona is the absolute best! She held my hand every step of the way and calmed me when my anxiety got the best of me. I 100% recommend her for all your home buying and selling needs.
