I am so very pleased with my experience with Hank Petty. I don't know if there are enough words of praise I can express about his professionalism and support he gave my husband and myself. We came from Indiana and Hank looked everywhere available in Polk Co that fit our needs. He was available for me for all the silly and important questions and concerns at a moments notice. He went above and beyond, between hurricanes Ian and Nicole, making sure we were informed and guided us throughout the entire purchase of our new place. I highly recommend Hank for all of your needs in purchasing a home. He has a great future and I am grateful to have found Hank. I can’t begin to say how much Hank saved us on our closing, we paid the price of using ineffective realtors before we got to Hank.We ran into a few issues at closing and Hank was able basically save our entire home sale by setting us up with a different lender.Extremely professional and understands his clients needs.Highly recommend Hank for all of your Real Estate needs!

Hank is probably one of the best realtorso knowledgeable, so willing to help at any time about anything. Weekends, holidays... he's always there. I would work with him again at anytime and for sure have my family go to him for his help. Thank you so much for it all Hank!

Hank Petty has been phenomenal to work with through all aspects of my purchase of my new home! Always accessible, responds promptly, he went above and beyond in customer service, since this was a long distance transaction for me. He helped out with things that were not in the normal range of responsibility of an agent. Always pleasant, and accommodating. I would highly recommend him for any real estate needs!!!!!
