This was a very and uncomfortable experience, i went in there to buy some furniture the long hair guy said sure ill hold it fir you but didnt let me check out until i came back fir the items so i went home and got my truck and when i came back the store was close early, he balls out lied to me and closed early after he did.

Bought some furniture here, the guy didnt even wanted to come out of the register i had to shout the items to him, they never offered any help to get the stuff out not even a dolly and when i asked for one they pointed one out to us,, very bad service id even say hostile ugly people.

Today, I was assisted by an employee that displayed poor customer service skills. She was argumentative and more concerned about telling me I was wrong than listening to me say I was going to purchase the item, but needed to wait until tomorrow because it was too heavy for me to move by myself. I left without making a purchase.

This place always has tons of stuff of all different kinds. I like to check out the books and movies and odd things laying around. They usually have jewelry, collectibles, furniture, electronics, and more of the things you typically find in a thrift store. What makes them unique, though, is the large supply of home improvement items in the back. If you need to fix something in your house, you can probably get a deal on the part here. They also often have soda and water on sale at the register, which is a real plus on these hot days.

Have you ever experienced having your donations rejected?After reviewing their online page for what is accepted, all of my items fell in that category of acceptance. However, immediately I was informed at the door that my donations were not accepted because I have a dog at home. They said they cannot accept my donations because of a liability when it comes to dog hair and allergies?I have never had an issue like this come up before. Someone had recommended donating to this organization, and I love their cause, but I can say I am pretty disappointed by the way the staff handled this.

Great assortment of books with excellent prices, but I do not think that the prices for other products are thrilling deals. You will probably save about 15-20% purchasing the item you’re looking for than buying it at Lowes.

The other day I went in and as you know they have 60% off lighting so they had a hanging light fixture $5 the the glass pieces the go on the light $35 when I went to ask about the glass pieces was told that's not part of lighting they were not on sale and then the sales lady who very rude because I asked why it wasn't considered lightning when it goes on a chandelier FYI should not be in sales if you cannot handle customers in a polite fashion

This place is a joke.. the prices here r rediculous now.. it's not even thrift prices anymore.. I tried to buy a door, and found one cheaper and better at home Depot.. whoever makes the prices should get fired . Just saying
