I purchased a silver bracelet while visiting Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. I needed a link removed and took it to Mehaffey’s in Haines City who said they didn’t deal with silver. Searching Google Maps I found Griner’s in Winter Haven. They said they could modify my bracelet by the next day. True to their word, the work was completed the next day to my great satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

Shopping for an engagement ring is not my expertise. Thankfully I Checked out Gringers. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. And what they made for me was beautiful. I highly recommend this place if you’re shopping.

Griner’s is the BEST place to go for all your jewelry repair/ custom/watch battery’s… really everything. They have custom made me a ring start to finish and helped me through all my jewelry wear and tears and small breaks, replaced multiple watch batteries and small breaks.Always so helpful and fast and such lovely people.The jeweler and ladies of Griners are the best thank you!!

Gift shopping for a gold crucifix for a neck chain. LeAnn was friendly and very helpful. Found one we liked, ordered. Also had batteries changed in watches, rings, bracelets and necklace cleaned and inspected. Crucifix is perfect and they were able to attached to an gold chain. All work was great, cleaned up beautifully and service great. Great people.

Griner’s Jewelers has been my choice for many years. I especially love their quality of service when it comes to repairing my jewelry, watches, and upgrades. Customer service is impeccable and genuine. Recently I brought in a popular pair of earrings from Hermes’, in which they were sent to Paris for evaluation and repair. After 4 long months I was informed that my earring were deemed “unrepairable”. Well, after the earrings were returned to me. I immediately took them to Jill at Griner’s (which I should have done initially). A few days later, they were ready for pickup. They did an amazing job! I left wearing them and was very pleased to say the least. Small but mighty when it comes to repairs. It’s Griner’s Jewelers for me!

A few months back I was hoping to find a local Jeweler. Went to Griner’s for custom work on a diamond and mounting with GIA certification in hand. The man was extremely rude talked down to me tried to mansplain my Diamond and the customization process. Took it in the back several prolonged times while taking personal calls about his car. Came back 10 minutes later to tell me the certificate is real. Yes I know… I have an account with GIA. (I never asked for an authenticity opinion)We took our business back to our Manhattan Diamond District Jeweler and paid 1/3 less than Griner’s estimated. On a positive note my Jeweler who is far but outstanding made the ring of my dreams.This place missed an opportunity to gain a family of customers.
