I have lived in Four Lakes for 4 years. I was ready to move back north and reached out to Cheryl. She not only sold my house in less than three week but got asking price which was the highest listed home in the community! Cheryl Dobbs is definitely the lady to talk to.

Clean, attractive, well maintained, beautiful sunsets, lengthy, well maintained pool, nice Jacuzzi, workout room, and a very moderately priced restaurant, with an accommodative chef, and kind servers.

We moved into this beautiful community 2 1/2 yrs ago from another community in the area. We ask ourselves all the time why we didn't seek out this community first. We are highly impressed with the activities, restaurant, and staff this community has to offer. The friendships we have made here is absolutely amazing ... so many nice friendly people. If you choose Four Lakes as your retirement place to live, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

We visited multiple communities in central Florida last month and Four Lakes was by far our favorite. Cheryl is very knowledgeable and showed us multiple homes. All the homes were well cared for and the clubhouse, pool and lake are beautiful. We’re hoping to call Four Lakes our new home in the future.
