This Dunkins is so bad. We went twice because it was closest to us on vacation. The first trip, the woman scolded us in the drive thru for going to the mobile pickup lane because that's what the app and the signs at the store tell you to do. They were out of English muffins, gave us the wrong donuts, then scolded us again with our receipt in her hand telling us how we should order different next time.Second time, we ordered a wake up wrap for our 3 year old and it was still part frozen. That could make anyone sick, let alone a little kid! Awful experience and awful customer service and response. We brought the wake up wrap back, still part frozen, and they legit took it back in the drive thru window and reheated it. We didn't take it back, but pretty sure that's some health code violation!I go to Dunkins multiple times a week back home and have never had problems. Twice in a row at this Dunkins is wild.

The older lady at the window was rude. She read back the order but just said large regular coffee, I corrected her and said caramel. She told me yes bit she didn't have time to read it back. She has poor customer service skills. This is my 2nd rude customer service experience and not likely to be back.

I ordered two wake up wraps and hashbrowns. The egg literally feel like it came out the fridge and slapped on my wrap. My food was so cold after waiting 20 MINUTES!!!

Came in this morning on Saturday Feb 10th. Noticed they were short staffed. I heard 2 people had called out. There were 3 people working, two females and a male. The drive through was extremely busy and the inside was packed. These 3 did amazing. They kept everything running smooth despite the chaos. I believe one was named Brittany. The female taking orders was extremely polite as well. Previously working in the service industry I know how hectic it can be short staffed. They did a great job and worked very well as a team.

Hello, I am a regular customer but I Will not be coming back to this location anymore will not get my money no more at this location. 2/2/24 morning time I order my regular caramel latte and a blue berry muffin and drive thru. a lady with a tattoo on her hand took my order and gave me my drink. I I tasted before I left to make sure it was okay.ot taste like nothing but milk. I parked my vehicle and came inside. Which I never had to do before. The drive lady with the tattoo seen me come inside the store she had no name tag on but I remember the face and tattoos. She proceeds to asl about the drive. The other lady and front was helping another customer. The drive thru girl with tattoo ask what's wrong with the drink I said it taste like milk. She proceeds this is how we make our drinks. I told her I am a regular customer my drink never taste like that before. I said I don't want the drive tattoo girl said she gone have to do you a refund and walk off. Then a older lady come from the back started asking everyone who the drink. I assume she is the manager she had no name tag or introduce herself to me or ask me what happened she then proceeds to put her hand out and told me to give her the drink the manger lady .then proceeds with the same drink and pour express inside the same cup I brought back in. Unprofessional I said I don't want the drink refund me my money and they did. They gave me my money back and I left . The drive thru cashier with the tattoo I believe she made me that drink the other 3 women's normally makes my drink every time . That one girl and drive and brought me the drink she must been out of area. I will not come back nomore to this location

I am a diabetic and asked for sugar free with splenda and something was not done right. My sugar went from 150 to 273 in an hour of drinking my coffee. The refund did not suffice the fact I am in bed sick now with high sugar levels.

If you have 15 minutes to order a donut? This is your spot. Waited on the drive thru over 5 minutes before being greeted. After hitting the horn and asking if anyone there, the lady response with attitude and that she said they will be right with us. I said no one said that. She says it’s on the speaker. I said it says order here, she says the recording says it. No apology for the delay, no acknowledgment of the wait. She further continues her “great” customer service with more attitude at the window, gives me the donut and says here you go! Terrible experience for a simple donut. Some people should not be in the people business!

So sad.. leaving Legoland we stop by. I was in the US and obviously took my kids to meet Dunking Donuts. No donuts!!!Poor lady was by herself, answering customers on the store and drive thru. She was nice but she is a human…
