Employees take there sweet time to jump on the register to help the line go down, they really depend on the one self checkout pos system there is no customer service interaction it’s a do it yourself mentality ….when there 7 people waiting in line …. Everyone has no choice but to use the POS because there’s no cashier up front ..Like come on now us customers are left standing waiting in a long line for the one self check out cause the employees don’t want to work the registers .. also I’ve purchased expired milk here so check your dates whatever you get in the frozen food section looks like they don’t do a good job rotating there food other then that they keep it pretty stock and cleaned.

Says they close at 10:00pm but twice in just this past week they have closed at 9:00pm, lights still on everything.. This dollar store has gotten to be ridiculous. There could be 2-3 employees working but only one running a register with a long line. But the other employees are more worried about putting a truck up then to help get customers out.. I give this store 1 star..

CORPORATE. PLEASE HELP! This store is in a good location but the employees are VERY UNHAPPY people and it shows in customer service. Employees are a reflection of management and this is an ugly picture. They keep it well stocked, it’s a little crowded, but the lack of customer service is the worst problem. It’s a local joke in the area, but a sad one, locals make fun of it all the time. It was good years ago but has become so bad now I dread going to this store. Please help, we need this store, do something to make these employees happier to work here, therefore better service, maybe even a smile. What happen to James, he seemed customer oriented and happy?

What’s the point of having this location when Michael and the employees just lock the doors HOURS before closing. Ignoring all of the customers who rely on this store to feed their families. There is absolutely NO possible way you’re having ‘computer’ issues this often. And magically ONLY on his shifts. Please get rid of these ignorant people and hire people who are actually willing to work. Maybe bring Danielle back, someone who actually cares about this store and its customers.

Arrived at 9:55 pm. Walked in door and was told to leave.. to get out! I said to the female employee (Skyler) that it was 9:55 and there were still several people shopping in store. She said their manager said they could close early. I asked her for her name and she told me she didn’t have to give me her name and told me to get out. The boy (Josh) running the register told me she told me to leave and to get out. I asked for corporate number and they said get out! have never in my life been treated with such disrespect at a place of business. I do all my shopping including groceries in this store. Have been a regular customer at this store for 9 years. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

This store is recently remodeled and looks great on the inside, however they have the same terrible employees. Michael and the girl with the cleff lip are the worst. Then there's the manager. If you tell her something was priced differently or in a different bin she will just give it to you for free. Get better staff.

After coming home and reviewing my receipt I was charged for some cat litter that cost $10 that I never purchased not only that I had two separate transactions I was told they didn't have any change so my first transaction I had to give them the $0.15 change cuz they didn't have it to give me then the second transactions my change would have been $0.85 and I had to give them that because they didn't have $0.85 in there drawer come on this is the Dollar General I guess I just donated my total of a dollar for no reason because management can't keep change their not being petty over the dollar but the way I see a Dollar General has more money than me they should have rounded it up and gave me the dollar

If you are only accepting cash or going to be closed put a sign on the door. It's that easy. I went today the shelves were empty, only accepting cash and they were locking the front door on people.

Awesome staff 5 years ago!! Now in the last week the store has been closed the past 3 days then they finally opened this morning but at 6:30pm they were closed again saying system failure. This used to be the best dollar general around and now it's went completely downhill very undependable for anything!!!
